Experimental Study On The Effect Of Chaihu Fudan Decoction On The Contractile Function Of The Rabbit's Gallbladder

Purpose:In this study,the effects of chaihufudan decoction on the contraction function of rabbit gallbladder were studied by animal experiments.Material and method:Select 50 rabbits,Using a random number table method,rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups,there were 6 blank groups,11 of the danning tablet groups,and 11 in the low dose group,11 in the medium dose group and 11 in the high-dose group.The rabbits in the blank group were given sterile distilled water on the basis of normal feeding.;The rabbits of danning tablet groups were given the danning tablets on the basis of normal feeding;Low,medium and high dose groups were given low,medium and high doses of chaihufudan decoction.The dosage was once a day.In the 7th and 14 th days of the experiment,the blood routine,liver and kidney function,gallbladder shrinkage and plasma CCK of each rabbit were detected.Results: 1 safety comparisonThe rabbits were not found dead in the experimental period,and the routine blood test results of each rabbit and the results of liver and kidney work were not abnormal,and all were negative.2.The incidence of gallbladder contraction in each group.In the 7th day of the experiment,each group was compared with the blank group.There was no difference between the gallbladder contraction rate and the blank group in the low dose group,P>0.05;The gallbladder contractile rate high-dose group and medium dose group was significantly higher than that in the blank group.P<0.05;There was no difference in the contractile rate of the gallbladder in the middle dose group compared with the high dose group,P>0.05.In the 14 th day of the experiment,each group was compared with the blank group.There was no difference in gallbladder contraction of rabbits in low dose group.P>0.05;The gallbladder contraction rate of danning tablet group,medium dose group and high dose rabbits were significantly higher than that in the blank group.P<0.05;The contractile rate of gallbladder of the Danning tablet group was not statistically significant compared with the middle and high dose group,P>0.05.Comparing the gallbladder contraction rate between the 7th and 14 th days of the middle dose group,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;Compared with the high-dose group,the gallbladder contraction rate on the 7th day and the gallbladder contraction rate on the 14 th day,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.3.CCK content of each group.In the 7th day of the experiment,each group was compared with the blank group.There was no difference between the CCK value and the blank group and the low dose group.P>0.05;The CCK values in the medium dose group and the high dose group were significantly higher than that in the blank group.P<0.05;There was no difference between the CCK value in the medium dose group and the high dose group.P>0.05.In the 14 th day of the experiment,each group was compared with the blank group.The CCK value in low dose group was not different from that of blank group,P>0.05;The CCK values of the danning tablet group,medium dose group and high dose group were significantly higher than those in the blank group,P<0.05;There was no statistically significant difference between the CCK value of the middle group and high dose group,P>0.05.The plasma CCK values on the 7th and 14 th days of the middle dose group were compared,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;the plasma CCK values on the 7th and 14 th days of the high dose group were compared,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.Chaihufudan decoction has the effect of promoting gallbladder contraction,Medium and high doses of chaihufudan decoction promote the degree of gallbladder contraction in rabbits.2.Chaihufudan decoction can improve the CCK value of rabbit.3.Chaihufudan decoction may promote gallbladder contraction by raising CCK value of rabbit.4.Medium and high doses of chaihufudan decoction in the promotion of gallbladder contraction,its effect time is better than that of danning tablet,and the efficacy was stable.
