Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Nephritis Proteinuria With The Method Of Invigorating The Kidney And Removing Dampness And Blood Stasis Combined With Acupoint Application

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of kidney-tonifying,dampness-removing and stasis-removing therapy combined with Acupoint Application on nephritis proteinuria.Materials and Methods:A total of 60 patients with proteinuria of chronic glomerulonephritis of deficiency of both spleen and kidney combined with dampness,turbidity and blood stasis were selected by random control method.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random drawing,30 cases in each group.Both groups received basic Western medicine treatment(including low-salt,low-fat and low-protein diet,blood pressure monitoring,reasonable diet,moderate exercise and rest,etc.)as well as oral Chinese herbal decoction based on tonifying kidney,removing dampness and removing blood stasis.The treatment group was treated with Acupoint Application Therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of relevant indicators before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed.Result:1.In terms of overall clinical efficacy,7 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 83.33%.In the control group,2 cases were clinically cured,8 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 70%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.In TCM syndromes,there were 5 cases cured,7 cases markedly effective,14 cases effective and 4 cases ineffective in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was86.67%.In the control group,there were 0 cases cured,5 cases markedly effective,14 cases effective,11 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 70%.There was significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndromes.(P<0.05)3.Chinese medicine unidirectional symptoms: the treatment group in the waist pain,shortness of breath and fatigue effect is obviously better than the control group,in the foam urine,edema,facial improvement and other symptoms of the same curative effect.Conclusion:Kidney-tonifying,dampness-removing and stasis-removing therapy combined with acupoint application therapy can effectively alleviate the main symptoms caused by proteinuria of nephritis,thereby reducing proteinuria,and the curative effect is practical.
