Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Huayu Recipe In Treating Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: In this study,Yiqi Huayu Recipe was used to treat patients with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis of pelvic inflammatory disease.patients treated with Danhuang Quyu capsules were used as a control group to compare the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,local signs scores and other changes of the two groups research,in order to clarify the therapeutic effect and relative advantages of the empirical formula,provides new ideas for future clinical syndrome differentiation and clinical research.Methods:This study selected patients who were clinically diagnosed as sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease during the gynecological outpatient visit of Professor Yang Zhengwang,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to September 2019.After analysis,60 effective cases were included and divided into a treatment group(Yiqi Huayu Decoction)and a control group(Danhuang Quyu Capsule)30 cases each using the principle of random grouping.The treatment group took Yiqi Huayu Decoction,and the control group took Danhuang Quyu Capsules for 14 days as a course of treatment.After taking 3 courses of medicine,observe and record the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and local signs scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment Changes and statistical analysis.Results:This clinical study included a total of 60 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,all completed clinical observation studies,and data analysis.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of age,course of disease,degree of illness and TCM syndrome score,and they were comparable(P> 0.05).In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group of Yiqi Huayu Recipe was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group of Danhuang Quyu Capsule was 76.66%.After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than before(P <0.05),and the treatment group had a more significant decrease than the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the Yiqi Huayu Recipe treatment group was significantly better than Danhuang Quyu Capsule control group in improving single symptoms of lower abdomen pain,lumbosacral swollen pain,and abnormal banding(P<0.05).Significantly improved(P> 0.05),and the relapse rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the long-term effect was good.Conclusion: By observing 60 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,it is concluded through analysis and research that Yiqi Huayu Decoction and Danhuang Quyu Capsule are effective in treating patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of pelvic inflammatory disease The effect of Huayu Recipe is better,and it is better than Danhuang Quyu Capsule in improving TCM syndrome scores.The clinical application is safe and reliable.There are no obvious adverse events in both groups,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical research.
