The Clinical Observation Of Wenshen Jiangtangyin In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of wenshenjiangtangyin in the treatment of spleen kidney yang deficiency of type 2 diabetic nephropathy,objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of wenshenjiangtangyin,and provide a new and effective scheme for the treatment of spleen kidney yang deficiency of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods:72 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.In the course of the study,2 cases of the two groups were removed for some reason,and 34 cases of each group were effective.The control group was given basic treatment,the treatment group was given wenshenjiangtangyin + basic treatment.Evaluation and analysis of the two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome efficacy,24-hour urine protein quantitative,urinary protein excretion rate,blood creatinine,hemoglobin and other improvements.Results:(1)after treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome quantification in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the score was improved,and the effect of the treatment group was better(P < 0.05);(2)both groups could improve 24-hour urinary protein quantification,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(3)After treatment,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group could reduce the serum creatinine better.(4)There was no significant change in glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P > 0.05).(5)After treatment,the blood lipid of the two groups could be improved,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).(6)After treatment,Cystatin C and β 2-microglobulin in serum were improved in both groups,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).(7)There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and two hours postprandial blood glucose(P > 0.05).(8)No adverse reactions were found during the treatment,and the safety of wenshenjiangtangyin was good.Conclusion: wenshenjiangtangyin can improve the 24-hour urine protein quantity,serum creatinine,serum cystatin C,serum β 2 microglobulin,blood lipid and TCM symptoms,and can significantly improve the symptoms of patients.It is safe and effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy without side effects.
