Clinical Observation Of Zhenwu Baoshen Decoction On Diabetic Nephropathy During Clinical Proteinuria Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Yang With Stasis

Objective: to compare the traditional Chinese medicine curative effect score,western medicine curative effect score,glomerular filtration rate,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)of diabetic nephropathy before and after treatment with Zhenwu Baoshen decoction in clinical proteinuria period(spleen-kidney yang deficiency and stasis-toxin syndrome)before and after treatment.The experimental results of fasting and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose were used to test the efficacy and usefulness of Zhenwu Baoshen decoction in the clinical proteinuria period of diabetic nephropathy(syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang with blood stasis).Methods: 65 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups according to the clinical proteinuria stage(syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang with blood stasis),and were randomly divided into two groups,who were given diabetes education and diet exercise was controlled according to the criteria in the group.Other diseases,such as hypertension,hyperlipidemia,and so on,were treated with symptomatic treatment.The control group was treated with basic treatment of western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Zhenwu Baoshen decoction(preparation room of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine)on the basis of the basic treatment of western medicine.The extract of 300 ml was taken twice a day,150 ml each time.The observation lasted for eight weeks.After collecting the experimental results,the data is divided.Analysis,and finally make a correct evaluation.Results: the total therapeutic effect of western medicine was 8.67% in the experimental group and 65% in the control group.According to statistical analysis,p <0.05,there was significant difference.It shows that the treatment group has obvious advantage in changing glomerular filtration rate and reducing urinary protein quantity.In traditional Chinese medicine treatment,Zhenwu Baoshen decoction is also effective in relieving spleen-kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion: through the data analysis of the experimental results,it can beconcluded that Zhenwu Baoshen decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in the clinical phase of proteinuria(spleen-kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis syndrome),no matter whether it is clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,Still western medicine laboratory examination result has very good curative effect and usability.
