| objective Observe the clinical effect of Ye’s Xiao Zhang Decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach damp-heat type functional bloatingMethod Patients were selected to attend the Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2019,and refer to the 2016 Western IV diagnostic criteria for Roman IV functional bloating and TCM syndrome differentiation for patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat type functional bloating.All 60 patients who met the criteria and passed the screening were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group and meeting the diagnostic criteria for functional bloating.Before treatment,the two groups of patients had no differences in gender,age,and total scores of TCM symptoms.Significant difference and comparability(P>0.05).The treatment group was treated with Ye’s Xiao Zhang Decoction,and the control group was treated with western medicine Compound Azamitide Enteric-Coated Tablets combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablet.The treatment course of the two groups was 4 weeks,and the two groups were treated once before and after safety Inspection of observation indicators.Three months after the end of the course of treatment,those who were judged to be clinically cured,markedly effective,and effective in the experimental group and the control group were revisited and recorded,and the recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.result:1.In the experimental group,the number of clinically cured items was 7,the number of significant items was 12,the number of valid items was 8,the number of ineffective items was 3,the total effective rate was 90.0%,and the cure+effective rate was 63.3%.The corresponding number of cases were 6,11,8,5,83.3%,and 57.7%.After calculation,it was found that there was no statistical difference in the total effective term between the two groups of data;and the healing+effective term between the two groups were Statistical differences.Therefore,the test group is better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms.2.There was no statistical difference in the main symptom scores before treatment in each group(all P> 0.05),which was comparable;in the test group,the main symptom scores after treatment were compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(each P<0.01);in the control group,there was no significant difference between abdominal distension and abnormal bowel movement scores after treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between radon and gas loss scores before treatment(P<0.01);3.The symptom scores of the two groups before treatment were not significantly different(P values were all> 0.05),which were comparable;the scores of each syndrome after treatment in the test group were significantly different from those before treatment.Statistically significant(P<0.05);in the control group,the score of thirst and lack of drinking syndrome points was compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Significant difference(P>0.05);4.Three months after the end of treatment,follow-up was performed on the clinically cured,markedly effective,and effective patients in the two groups.The recurrence rate in the experimental group was 14%,while the recurrence rate in the control group was 37%.Statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that in the long-term effect,the experimental group is better than the control group.in conclusion Through experiments,the efficacy of the two treatment schemes is obvious.Overall,the effect of Ye’s Xiaobo Decoction is more prominent,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and maintain a low recurrence rate.Its treatment scheme has high safety and reliable curative effect.So it can be applied to the clinic. |
