Based On Data Mining Exploration On The Prescription And Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective: Based on the data mining technology,the application of traditional chinese medicine inheritance computer system(TCMICS),through the research and analysis of related literature,this paper preliminarily explores the medication characteristics and prescription rules of traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of AS,so as to guide clinical medication of herbal medicine and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods: Relevant literature on the treatment of AS with traditional chinese medicine(TCM)published in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP in the past ten years was collected.According to the inclusive criteria,the included literature was screened.Literature data were extracted.The names of syndromes and herbal medicines were standardized.These data were entered into TCMICS.The common syndromes of AS treated with TCM,high-frequency herbal medicines,association rules between herbal medicines and clustering analysis among prescriptions were analyzed.Results: A total of 181 articles including 205 prescriptions involving 200 herbal medicines were screened out from the literature based on inclusive criteria.Statistical analysis by software showed that the main syndromes in these prescriptions were kidney yang deficiency syndrome and damp-heat stagnation syndrome.There were 28 herbal medicines with the frequency of> 30 times.The top 11 herbal medicines were Achyranthis Radix,Eucommiae Cortex,Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Cibotii,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Dipsaci,Ramulus Cinnamomi,and Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong.The efficacy of herbal medicines was mainly classified into the deficiency-tonifying drugs,accounting for 29.66%,followed by the dispelling wind-dampness drugs and blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs,ranking second and third respectively.The four-qi distribution frequencies of the 200 herbal medicines from high to low were warm,mild,cold,hot,and cool in sequence,and the five-flavors distribution frequencies were sweet,bitter,pungent,sour,and salty in sequence,and the meridian tropism frequencies were ranked as liver,kidney,spleen,heart,lung,stomach,bladder,and gallbladder,followed by large intestine,sanjiao,small intestine,and pericardium.Among the high-frequency herbal medicine combinations,the combination of Achyranthis Radix and Eucommiae Cortex was used the most frequently,far ahead of other combinations.The combinations of Eucommiae Cortex-Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,Achyranthis Radix-Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,Eucommiae Cortex-Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Achyranthis Radix-Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Eucommiae Cortex-Rhizoma Cibotii,and Radix Angelicae Sinensis-Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong also were used more frequently.The five groups of core herbal medicine combinations were obtained after clustering analysis of 205 prescriptions.Conclusion:1.The common syndromes of AS were kidney yang deficiency syndrome and damp-heat stagnation syndrome.2.There were 28 herbal medicines with the frequency of > 30 times that were used for the treatment of AS,and the core herbal medicines including Achyranthis Radix,Eucommiae Cortex,Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Cibotii,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Dipsaci,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,and Herba Taxilli.3.The medication characteristics were as follows: the herbal medicine mainly included the deficiency-tonifying drugs,the dispelling wind-dampness drugs and blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs,the four-qi of the herbal medicine were mostly warm,mild and cold,the five-flavors of the herbal medicine were mostly sweet,bitter and pungent,the herbal medicine mostly flow into liver and kidney meridians,which reflected that modern physicians mostly treated AS based on the principles of tonifying liver and kidney,expelling wind-dampness,and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,which coincided with the etiology and pathogenesis.4.The 5 herbal medicine combinations obtained by clustering analysis can be used as basic herbal medicine combinations for different syndromes of the disease to a certain extent,and these combinations can provide ideas and directions for further clinical research and the emergence of new prescriptions.
