| Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Yangxue Pinggan Decoction onmigraine with hyperactivity of liver yang,so as to provide data and data reference for clinical research on migraine with hyperactivity of liver yang.Material and method:60 cases of migraine with hyperactivity of liver Yang were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given a decoction of yangxuepinggan Decoction for 2 weeks,and the control group was given Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules 10 mg daily before going to bed.Two weeks is a course of treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy of the two groups were evaluated.Results:1.There was no significant difference in general data,TCM syndrome score,migraine score,depression score and anxiety score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,migraine score,depression score and anxiety score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,with statistical difference(P <0.05),indicating that the two groups of treatment can improve the symptoms,signs,depression and anxiety of the patients.Compared with the control group,the experimental group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.The clinical effect of the two groups was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangxuepinggan decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndrome,migraine score,anxiety and depression of migraine patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang,and the effect is better than flunarizine hydrochloride capsule.2.Yangxuepinggan decoction can improve the clinical effect and TCM syndrome effect of migraine with hyperactivity of liver Yang,and the effect is better than flunarizine hydrochloride capsule.3.Yangxuepinggan decoction is safe and reliable in the treatment of migraine withhyperactivity of liver yang.It has certain superiority and clinical practical value. |
