Clinical Observation Of Pinggan Qianyang Decoction In Treating Patients With Hypertension Of Liver-yang In Essential Hypertension

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Pinggan Qianyang decoction in the treatment of hypertensive patients with hepato-yang hyperactivity type and provide some clinical evidence for its application.Methods: This subject was selected from June 2017 to December 2017 in the Department of Cardiology and Outpatient Clinic of Yueyang Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients who met the clinical manifestations of hyperactivity of liver hyperactivity of primary hypertension were studied.Using a random number table method,50 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,25 patients in each group,of which there were no cases of shedding or adverse reactions.There were 50 effective cases.Amlodipine(5mg QD)was given to the control group,and the observation group was given Pinggan Qianyang decoction(200ml,BID)for 4 weeks(1 course).Observed before and after treatment two groups of antihypertensive effect,blood pressure smoothing index and the effect of TCM syndromes.Resuls: Both the treatment group and the control group had the effect of lowering blood pressure and improving clinical symptoms.The total effective rate of blood pressure reduction in Pinggan Qianyang decoction group was 92%,and the therapeutic effect rate of syndrome was 88%.The total effective rate of antihypertensive treatment in the amlodipine group was 96%,and the therapeutic effect rate of the syndrome was 60%.The 24 hSIS and 24 hSID comparisons showed that the average SIS and SID values in the amlodipine control group were higher than those in the Pinggan Qianyang Decoction observation group,indicating that the control group had stronger blood pressure control and stability than the observation group.It can be seen that the treatment group of Pinggan Qianyang Decoction has better symptoms than the control group,which not only effectively reduces blood pressure but also has a significant advantage in improving TCM syndromes,but thebalance of blood pressure lowering is not as good as that of the control group.Conclusion:(1)Pinggan Qianyang Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of hypertensive diseases of liver yang type 2 primary and middle-risk primary hypertension.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of hypertension and blood pressure of hypertension while ensuring good blood pressure control.The treatment and prevention of syndromes are of value;(2)The antihypertensive effect of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly applicable to patients with grade 1 or 2 low-to-moderate hypertension.For other grades and levels of hypertension,timely combination of western medicine to maintain stable blood pressure,Chinese medicine can also be used as adjuvant therapy.(3)This topic will provide clinical basis for TCM treatment of primary middle-risk type 2 hypertension of liver-yang type,and it is very favorable to the theoretical verification and clinical promotion of TCM,and promote the further development of clinical standardization and standardization.
