Analysis Of The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Diabetes Complicated With Ischemic Stroke Based On Literature Research

Research purposes:In this study,we collected the literature on traditional Chin ese medicine for the treatment of diabetes combined with ischemic stroke,and used Microsoft Excel to sort out the Chinese herbal medicines in the literature.We obtaine d data to explore the rules of modern Chinese medicine practitioners’ treatment of this disease in the past 10 years and enriched their traditional Chinese medicine Knowled ge,hope to provide some ideas and methods for Chinese and Western medical treatme nt of this disease.Materials and methods:Collected from the database of CNKI,Wanfang,and Weipu from January 2009 to October 2019 on the treatment of diabetes and ischemic stroke with traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,compiled t he literature using Excel software,and assigned all the traditional Chinese medicines e ffective in the literature to 1 No traditional Chinese medicine is assigned a value of 0.Statistics are used on the frequency,frequency,nature,flavor,meridian,efficacy,etc.of each Chinese medicine,and Chinese medicines with a frequency of more than 15 are included in the SPSS 26.0 statistical software Method analysis.Research results:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 175 literatures were compiled,with 141 flavors of Chinese herbal medicine.All Chinese medicines were used 1882 times,of which 30 times were used more than 15 times,and the cumulative frequency was 1383 times,accounting for 73.49% of the total freq uency.It can be used as a treatment.Core Drugs for Diabetes Complicated with Isch emic Stroke.In terms of the traditional Chinese medicine taste,according to the result s compiled by Excel software,cold Chinese medicine and bitter Chinese medicine are used the most frequently;in the traditional Chinese medicine,the most frequent use o f drugs into the liver meridian;in terms of efficacy classification,tonic medicine and blood circulation.Stasis medicines are used the most,with cumulative frequency of 531 and 487 times,accounting for 28.21% and 25.88% of the total frequency.According to the classification of tonic medicines,the most commonly used is qi tonics,acc ounting for 59.7%.Using SPSS 26.0 software to process the data,the results were o btained,and 30 core Chinese medicines can be divided into 7 groups.Conclusion: 1.The core Chinese medicines in the treatment of diabetes combined with ischemic stroke:Astragalus,Chuanxiong,Dilong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Rehmanniae,Angelica,Leech,Peach Kernel,Red Peony,Safflower,Licorice,Pueraria Root,etc.The main therapeutic effects are to benefit qi and nourish yin,Promoting blood circulation and communicating with the main body,which is consistent with the main pathogenesis of this disease.2.The traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of DM combined diabetes combined with ischemic stroke is the cold medicine and bitter medicine,which are used most frequently.The initial dryness and heat of the disease are prosperous.3.The traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetes combined with ischemic stroke is the most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine that enters the liver meridian.The liver mainly disperses and stores blood.Because most of the traditional Chinese medicines with blood circulation function enter the liver meridian,and the disease is marked by blood stasis,Chinese medicine applied to the liver meridian is the standard for treating this disease.4.In the classification of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetes combined with ischemic stroke,the frequency of use of tonic deficiency drugs and blood circulation drugs is very high,which is consistent with the main pathogenesis of this disease,both qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis block.5.Systematic clustering method can divide the core traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of DM and IS into 7 groups,based on Yiqi Jianpi,nourishing liver and kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,as well as Pinggan Qianyang,Xifeng Tongluo,dryness Phlegm.
