Purpose:This topic is the clinical observation of treating hypomenorrhea(deficiency and cold syndrome)with Wen Jing Tang combined with auricular plaster therapy.By analyzing and comparing the clinical effectiveness of Wen Jing Tang combined with auricular point sticking and simple Wen Jing Tang in treating hypomenorrhea with deficiency and cold syndrome,it is verified that Wen Jing Tang combined with auricular point sticking has obvious characteristics and therapeutic advantages over single oral Wen Jing Tang in treating this disease.So as to provide more effective treatment approaches and methods for clinical treatment of hypomenorrhea.Material and method:Cases were included strictly according to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.A total of 65 patients were collected from January 2019 to December 2019 in the Gynecological Outpatient Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment order,with 3 cases falling off.The treatment group(31 cases)was treated with oral Wenjing Decoction combined with auricular plaster therapy,while the control group(31 cases)was treated with simple oral traditional Chinese medicine Wenjing Decoction.Oral drugs take 21 days as a course of treatment.After three courses of treatment,the improvement of menstrual volume,endometrial thickness,TCM syndrome score and hormone before and after treatment in the two groups were compared,and then the clinical efficacy was statistically analyzed.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.77%,while that of the control group was 80.65%.After statistical analysis,the menstrual blood loss of the patients before and after treatment was significantly different(P<0.05),significantly increased,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The thickness of intima was significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05),and obviously thickened,and the treatment group was better than the control group.There was significant difference in TCM symptom score before and after treatment(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms were significantly improved,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Overall,it can be concluded that the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Wen Jing Tang combined with auricular plaster therapy has obvious characteristics and therapeutic advantages over single oral Wen Jing Tang.The application of dialectical theory of traditional Chinese medicine combined with internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and auricular plaster therapy for hypomenorrhea has the characteristics of good curative effect and high safety,which can provide new therapeutic approaches and theoretical basis for clinical treatment of this disease.
