Clinical Observation Of Shenshuaifang Combined With Guixiong Decoction In The Treatment Of CKD3-5 Non-dialysis Patients With Renal Anemia

Purpose: To observe the clinical effects of Shenshuai Recipe and Guixiong Decoction in the treatment of CKD3-5 non-dialysis patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and damp turbidity and blood stasis syndrome related to renal anemia.Material and method: From September 2018 to September 2019,70 patients with CKD3-5 non-dialysis spleen and kidney qi deficiency and wet and turbid blood stasis renal anemia were selected in the outpatient department and ward of the Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Random number table method was used to divide them into treatment group and control group,35 people in each group.The control group was given Shenshuaining capsules on the basis of conventional treatment;the treatment group was added with kidney failure formula and Guixiong decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The course of treatment is 4 weeks.By observing the symptoms of TCM and blood routine(red blood cell count,hemoglobin,hematocrit),anemia(serum ferritin,folic acid,vitamin B12),renal function(serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,glomerular filtration rate).Results: 1.Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.8%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 71.4%.Compared between the two groups,the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.2.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of the treatment group is 88.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 77.1%.Compared between the two groups,the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.3.TCM symptom score: Compared between the two groups of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.;the comparison between the two groups of TCM symptom scores after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.4.Blood routine: Compared between the two groups of RBC,Hb,and Hct before and after treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.;the comparison between the two groups of RBC,Hb,and Hct after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.5.Three items of anemia: Compared between the two groups of FA,SF,and Vit B12 before and after treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.;the comparison between the two groups of FA,SF,and Vit B12 after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.6.Renal function: Compared between the two groups of BUN,Scr,and GFR before and after treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.the comparison between the two groups of BUN,Scr,and GFR after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).7.Safety index: The patient's vital signs are stable,and no obvious adverse reactions are seen;there is no significant change in liver function before and after treatment,which are all within the normal range.Conclusion: 1.Shenshuai Recipe and Guixiong Decoction can significantly improve CKD3-5 stage non-dialysis spleen and kidney qi deficiency and wet and turbid blood stasis syndrome of TCM symptoms,renal function,blood routine and three items of anemia.2.Shenshuai Recipe and Guixiong Decoction has better improvement effect on TCM symptom,blood routine and three items of anemia than Shenshuaining capsule.Both of them have obviously improved in renal function,but there is no significant difference.3 During the entire study,the patient did not show any obvious symptoms of discomfort,proving that there is no hidden danger to kidney failure.
