Observation Of The Curative Effect Of The Method Of Clearing Away Heat And Removing Evil In The Treatment Of Children Upper Airway Cough Syndrome (Lung Meridian Fever Type)

Purpose: To observe and analyze the clinical effect and prognosis of the treatment of children’s upper airway cough syndrome(the type of heat in the lung meridians)with the addition and subtraction of "Zhibi No.1" proposed by clearing away heat and evil,so as to provide a new diagnosis and treatment idea for this type of upper airway cough syndrome.Material and method : Collected 80 cases of children diagnosed as upper airway cough syndrome(pulmonary fever type)in children with no indication of bacterial infection from the outpatient department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2019,In the end,there were 77 effective cases,39 in the treatment group and 38 in the control group.Among them,the children in the treatment group were treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets,physiological seawater nasal spray combined with "Zhibi No.1" plus or minus prescription,and the control group were given montelukast sodium chewable tablets,physiological seawater nasal spray treatment.At the same time as the eligible children were included in the trial,the changes in TCM syndrome scores and cough VAS scores before and after treatment were recorded,and the treatment duration for both groups was 14 days.After the treatment,SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis to comprehensively evaluate the curative effect of "Zhibi No.1" addition and subtraction prescription for clearing heat and dispelling evils to treat children with upperairway cough syndrome of pulmonary fever.Four weeks after the end of the course of treatment,he returned by telephone,We Chat,etc.to understand and record the recurrence and number of cases of the two groups of children.Results:1.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.87%,and the control group was86.84%,suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.01).2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in the treatment group were lower than before(P <0.01),which can improve the symptoms of the major and secondary symptoms in the children.There was no significant improvement in heat,yellow urine,and dry stool(all P> 0.05),and there was a certain effect on the remaining symptoms(all P <0.01).3.Comparison of the TCM symptom scores between the two groups after treatment.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05).The treatment group had more advantages than the control group in improving hand and foot heart heat,yellow urine,and dry stool(P <0.01).4.The cough VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(both P <0.01),suggesting that both groups could improve the cough symptoms of children,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Montelukast sodium chewable tablets,physiological seawater nasal spray combined with "Zhi No.1" formula and Montelukast sodium chewable tablets and physiological seawater nasal spray can all improve the upper airways Symptoms of cough syndrome,and the effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine group is better than that of the simple western medicine group.2.The addition of "Zhibi No.1" prescription with the concept of clearing away heat and dispelling evil has a prominent advantage over the simple Western medicine group in improving the symptoms of hand,foot and heart heat,yellow urine and dry stool.3.According to the follow-up,the relapse rate of the combination group was lower than that of the western medicine group alone.
