The Clinical Study Of Combined Use Of Jingfang And Proton Pump Inhibitors In The Treatment Of Throat Reflux Disease

Purpose: Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease(LPRD)is a common disease in Otolaryngology,but it is often ignored by doctors.Western medicine in the treatment method is relatively single,and the effect is not ideal.At present,TCM has not formed a complete theory and treatment system for the diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment and efficacy evaluation of LPRD.Through the previous clinical research,it was found that the phlegm Qi interaction is a common clinical syndrome type in traditional Chinese medicine,and the treatment of LPRD with the method of promoting qi and resolving phlegm also achieved good results.The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effect of Banxia Houpu decoction combined with Ganju Decoction and proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of throat reflux disease(phlegm and gas combined type),and to evaluate the clinical value of the treatment of throat reflux disease by Qi gasification phlegm method.Material and method:120 patients were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2018 to December 2019,who met the diagnostic criteria of LPRD in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.According to the principle of random control,they were divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group took banxiahoupu Decoction and Ganju Decoction + omeprazole enteric coated tablets,while the patients in the control group took omeprazole enteric coated tablets.Usage and dosage:Banxia Houpu Decoction and Ganju decoction,1 dose per day,warm after breakfast and dinner.Omeprazole enteric coated tablets 20 mg,once in the morning and once in the evening.Two weeks is a treatment course,two groups of patients were treated for two courses,a total of 4 weeks.Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,RSI and RFs were scored,and the research data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.After treatment,the total scores of hoarseness,cough,persistent throat clearing,foreign body sensation,dysphagia and RSI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01);after treatment,the total scores of RSI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),with significant difference.2.After treatment,the total RFS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.1%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.7%.The treatment group was superior to the control group,with significant difference.Conclusion:Through the clinical study of this subject,it was found that the two treatment schemes of banxiahoupu decoction combined with Ganju Decoction + omeprazole enteric coated tablets and omeprazole enteric coated tablets could improve the clinical symptoms of lprd patients with phlegm gas interaction,while the former was much better than the latter in cough,continuous throat clearing and foreign body sensation in throat(P < 0.05),with high safety and tolerable adverse reactions.At the same time,the syndrome of phlegm and Qi combination can be used as a reference for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of throat reflux disease.
