Literature Research On The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Community-acquired Pneumonia

Purpose:Based on the clinical literature on community-acquired pneumonia over the past 20 years,combined with statistical knowledge,to analyze the medication laws of community-acquired pneumonia,to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:Based on the keywords of "community acquired pneumonia" or "wind warm pulmonary fever",published from September 30,1999 to September 30,2019,the clinical research literature by traditional Chinese medicine were searched in the CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases,search again with the theme of "traditional Chinese medicine" or "traditional Chinese medicine" and "traditional Chinese medicine" to obtain the relevant literature,and screen one by one according to the inclusion exclusion criteria until the literature meeting the criteria is found.The results showed that there were 102 articles in line with each other.The number of drugs,the types of traditional Chinese medicine and their sexual and taste tropism were extracted from each article.Excel table was established,and the statistics of high frequency drugs were made by using frequency,cluster analysis and factor analysis,so we can get the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.Results:1.Literature search results: 2154 clinical literatures were retrieved with "community acquired pneumonia" or "wind warm lung fever" as the subject words,102 of which were screened by inclusion exclusion criteria,99 of which were treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine,the rest were treated by traditional Chinese medicine only,without other treatment of traditional Chinese medicine;A total of 7459 cases were included in the literature;with a sample size of 30 to 280 between.2.Frequency results of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia: 132 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine are involved,with a total frequency of 1103.Among them,45 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine aremore than or equal to 5 times,while 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine are more than 30 times.The order is licorice,Scutellaria,almond,Trichosanthes,Platycodon grandiflorum,Fritillaria,mulberry bark,ephedra,Houttuynia cordata,Chenpi,gypsum,Poria cocos.3.Results of traditional Chinese medicine: according to the frequency rule of drugs included in the literature,drugs with frequency less than 5 times were excluded,and the remaining 45 traditional Chinese medicines were classified,involving 11 kinds of drugs,of which more than 10% were phlegm resolving,cough relieving,asthma relieving,heat clearing and deficiency tonic drugs.4.The results of traditional Chinese medicine meridian tropism: there are 132 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in 102 literatures,the most frequently used is cold;the most frequently used is bitter;the top five frequencies of meridian tropism of traditional Chinese medicine are lung,stomach,spleen,liver and heart.5.Cluster analysis results: according to the dendrogram,it can be divided into three categories: ephedra,gypsum,Houttuynia,almond;Scutellaria,mulberry bark,Fritillaria thunbergii,Trichosanthes,Platycodon grandiflorum,liquorice;Pinellia ternate,tangerine peel,tuckahoe,gardenia,Anemarrhena,Ophiopogon japonicus and other drugs.From the results,it can be seen that Maxingshigan decoction is the commonly used prescription for the treatment of cap.6.Factor analysis results: Factor analysis by eliminating drugs with frequency less than eight,nine common factors were obtained,the drug composition of factor 1 was Anemarrhena asphodeloides,Platycodon grandiflorum,Trichosanthes,cortex mori,Ophiopogon japonicus,Gardenia jasminoides;the drug of factor 2 was dongguazi,peach kernel,reed root,coix seed,which was the composition of Qianjin Weigan Decoction;factor 3 was ephedra,almond,gypsum,liquorice,which was the composition of Maxingshigan decoction.7.Results of high frequency drug dosage: Statistics of the drug dosage of the top six Chinese medicines.Glycyrrhiza,Scutellaria,almond,Trichosanthes,Fritillaria thunbergii and Platycodon grandiflorum,the results show that the frequency of Glycyrrhiza is 6G the most,Scutellaria is 15 g the most,almond is 10 g the most,Trichosanthes is 15 g the most,Fritillaria thunbergii is 10 g and 15 g the most,Platycodon is 12 g the most The number is the most.Conclusion:1.High frequency drugs commonly used in the treatment of cap: licorice,Scutellaria,almond,Trichosanthes,Fritillaria thunbergii and Platycodon grandiflorum,which are mainly heat clearing and phlegm resolving drugs;phlegm resolving,cough relieving and asthma relieving drugs,heat clearing drugs and deficiency tonifying drugs are the basic compatibility structure of cap,with the method of tonifying deficiency,relieving surface,promoting blood circulation and promoting gas.2.Conclusion on the treatment of sexual taste of cap drugs: the most commonly used medicine is sweet,the most commonly used medicine is cold,and the most commonly used medicine is lung meridian.3.Cluster analysis and factor analysis of high-frequency drugs for the treatment of cap:the first group is mainly ephedra,gypsum,Houttuynia,almond;the second group is Scutellaria,Sangbaipi,Fritillaria thunbergii,Trichosanthes,Platycodon grandiflorum,liquorice;the third group is pinellia,Chenpi,Poria cocos,gardenia,Anemarrhena,Ophiopogon japonicus and other drugs;factor analysis shows that 9 common factors,and the drug composition of factor 1 is Anemarrhena,Sangbaipi,Maidong and so on Winter,gardenia,Platycodon grandiflorum and Trichosanthes;the drugs of factor 2 are cantaloupe,peach,reed root and coix seed,which are the components of Qianjin Weigan Decoction;factor 3 is ephedra,almond,gypsum and liquorice,which are the components of Maxingshigan decoction.According to the results of cluster analysis and factor analysis,Maxing Shigan Decoction and Qianjin Weigan decoction are common prescriptions for cap treatment.4.The statistical conclusion of the dosage of the Chinese medicine with the highest frequency of drug use: it can be seen that licorice has the most 6G times,Scutellaria has the most 15 g times,almond has the most 10 g times,Trichosanthes has the most 15 g times,Fritillaria thunbergii has the most 10 g and 15 g times,Platycodon grandiflorum has the most 12 g times.
