Based On The Factor Analysis Method, Research Professor Hua Baojin's Drug Rule For Differentiation And Treatment Of Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objectives:The clinical cases of professor Hua Baojin’s treatment of small-cell lung cancer patients were collected,the patients’ basic data and drug use were studied by using factor analysis and other data mining methods,and the drug use law and clinical experience of professor Hua Baojin’s treatment of small-cell lung cancer were summarized to provide reference for the treatment of small-cell lung cancer.Methods:In this study,the data analysis and mining method of factor analysis was adopted to include 122 cases of small-cell lung cancer patients who were treated in the outpatient department of Guang’anmen Hospital Chinese academy of Chinese medical sciences and issued prescription of Chinese medicine by professor Hua Baojin from October 2017 to December 2019.Among them,2 cases were complex cancer,I case was lost to follow-up,and a total of 119 patients were admitted to the hospital for 472 times,including 91 male patients and 28 female patients,76 patients in limited disease and 43 patients in extensive disease.A total of 472 Chinese medicine prescriptions were included in this statistics,with 222 drugs used and a total of 11818 times of drug use.Then set up a template in excel,including name,gender,age,disease stage,main treatment methods,symptoms,examination results,tongue veins,Chinese patent medicine and Chinese medicine prescription,etc.The medical records of patients with small-cell lung cancer collected from the outpatient department were photographed and kept.The medical records that met the inclusion criteria were selected and the relevant information was initially entered into the form.The data will be preprocessed to standardize the drug name for later statistics.The data were preliminarily sorted out in excel,and the relevant data such as medication frequency were calculated by using functions such as searching,and the medication law was preliminarily analyzed according to the medication frequency.High frequency drugs were selected,and KMO and spherical Bartlett were used to test whether they were consistent with factor analysis.The common factor was extracted to summarize the law of drug use in the treatment of small cell lung cancer.All the cases were divided into chemoradiotherapy group and maintenance treatment group,and factor analysis was carried out respectively to compare whether there was any difference in medication rules between the two groups,and the medication rules were summarized respectively.Results:For small cell lung cancer overall use factor analysis,we get eight factors in 34 common factors(F1,F5,F11,F13,F26,F28,F29,F32)are linked to reinforcing deficiency(dodder,rhizoma polygonatum,donkey hide gelatin,etc.),with a total contribution of 20.8%,there are six common factors(F2,F3,F7,F17,F19,F27)and qi activity lifting(inula britannica,ruddle,etc.),with a total contribution of 1 8.0%,six common factors(F8,F14,F16,F24,F30,F31)are related to heat-clearing and detoxifying(solanum nigrum,solanum dulcamara,hedyotis diffusa willd,etc.),with a total contribution of 12.9%.Factor analysis was carried out on the drugs of small cell lung cancer using chemoradiotherapy,and we found that 4 common factors(F1,F5,F9,F12)out of the 16 common factors were all related to qi activity lifting(inula britannica,ruddle,etc.),with a total contribution of 28.6%.The 7 common factors(F2,F4,F8,F13,F14,F15,F16)are all related to reinforcing deficiency and strengthening body resistance(prepared radix rehmanniae,radix rehmanniae,donkey hide gelatin,etc.),with a total contribution of 27.4%.Factor analysis of small-cell lung cancer drugs in the maintenance stage showed that 5 of the 25 common factors(F5,F8,F11,F21,F23)were related to heat-clearing detoxifying and anticancer(Fagopyrum cymosum,dandelion,etc.),with a total contribution of 14.1%.The five common factors(F3,F16,F18,F22,F25)are related to reinforcing deficiency and strengthening body resistance(cornu cervi degelatinatum,rhizoma polygonatuma,ligustrum lucidum,etc.),with a total contribution of 12.8%.The three common factors(F4,F12,F24)are related to ascending and descending of functional activity of qi(bupleurum and amomum,etc.),with a total contribution of 8.5%.Two common factors(F7,F9)were related to promoting digestion and mitigating the stomach(fried malt,fried millet sprout,etc.),with a total contribution of 6.9%.By factor analysis,the common factors were summarized and analyzed to find the commonly used drug combinations for the treatment of small-cell lung cancer:astragalus,atractylodes,poria and tangerine peel;periostracum cicadae,muscardine silkworm and curcuma longa;inula britannica,ruddle;pinellia ternate,coptis chinensis;Evodia rutaecarpa,coptis chinensis;gastrodia,uncaria(centipede,scorpion);radix adenophorae,Glehnia littoralis and liriope;balloonflower,lotus petiole,perilla frutescens stem;fried malt,fried millet sprout/hawthorn,medicated leaven,corium stomachium galli;ranunculus tematus,herba salviae chinensis;barbed skullcap,prunella vulgaris;solanum nigrum,solanum dulcamara;achyranthes root,eucommia ulmoides;wolfberry fruit,coix seed.Conclusions:Through factor analysis,we can analyze professor Hua Baojin’s treatment of small cell lung cancer with enhancing common body condition mainly,eliminating pathogenic factors and detoxifying for auxiliary,and treatment of small cell lung cancer mainly divided into two stages,the stage of chemoradiotherapy is mainly to descend qi and regulate stomach,nourish liver and kidney,strengthen spleen and replenish qi,the prescription of chemoradiotherapy phase is:inula Britannica 15g,ruddle 15g,pinellia ternate10g,coptis chinensis 9g,donkey hide gelatin 15g,radix rehmanniae 15g,prepared radix rehmanniae 15g,ligustrum lucidum 15g,radix auckladiae 15g,radix aucklandiae 15g,yam 30g,villous amomum 6g,wolfberry fruit 15g,raw radix astragali 80g,raw rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae 30g,poria cocos 20g,tangerine peel 6g.Maintenance treatment phase is given priority to replenish qi,invigorate the spleen,remove phlegm,activate blood and detoxify,the prescription for maintenance treatment phase is:raw radix astragali 80 g,atractylodes 30g,poria cocos 20g,tangerine peel 6g,pinellia rhizoma prepared by ginger 9 g,lotus petiole 12g,perilla frutescens stem 12g,balloonflower 30g,pleione rhizome 10g,zhejiang fritillary 30g,salvia miltiorrhiza 30g,raw coix seed 30 g,achyranthes root 15g,eucommia ulmoides 30g,parched hawthorn fruit 15 g,parched medicated leaven 15g.
