Based On The Method Of Data Mining, The Experience Of Chief Physician Song Ping In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Was Explored

Background:Psoriasis is a common clinical inflammatory skin disease,whose course is longer,lingering,and difficult to heal and easily recrudesce,bringing mental pressure and economic burden to the patient.Treatment of Western medicine can only achieve short-term efficacy,easy to relapse after drug withdrawal,while TCM treatment of psoriasis has some advantages.Chief Physician Song Ping has been engaged in dermatology clinical work for more than 20 years.And she has original opinion and good curative effect on psoriasis treated by TCM.Objective:Collect and sort out the data of the patients with psoriasis diagnosed and treated by chief physician Song Ping,establish a psoriasis case database of chief physician Song Ping,to analyze the characteristics of chief physician Song Ping in the treatment of psoriasis,extract the core prescription,and form the application standard of effective prescription.Methods:According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,160 cases and 906 visits.of psoriasis treated by chief physician Song Ping from January 2008 to December 2018 were collected,SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the PASI score and skin lesion score of the first and last visit.By using the data mining software of the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform(V2.2.1)and the complex analysis system of traditional Chinese medicine in Guang’anmen hospital,the frequency analysis and the character and taste analysis of traditional Chinese medicine were carried out,the core prescriptions of each stage were extracted by complex network method.Results:1.The herbal medicine Chief Physician Song Ping treats psoriasis commonly used are:Ephedra,Cassia Twig,whole Scorpion,Artemisia Annua,licorice,black shun tablet,raw gypsum,smilax Glabra,white English,raspberry.The main use of wind and cold-dispersing drugs,wind-stopping drugs,antipyretic antidotes,tonic drugs,Wenli drugs,huoxue huayu drugs.drugs mainly use Chinese medicine for the four-gas temperature,cold,flat.The commonly used traditional Chinese medicine is mainly classified into liver Meridian and lung Meridian.2.When the color of erythema is dark red,gypsum,cornu antelope powder,Baiying,snake berry,artificial bezoar and buffalo horn powder are commonly used;when the rash is dark red,Dalbergia,trigonometry and safflower are commonly used;when the rash is infiltrated and thick,ephedra and scorpion are commonly used;when the scale layer of rash appears,ephedra,Ramulus Cinnamomi and scorpion are commonly used;when the pruritus is severe,cornu antelope powder and scorpion are commonly used.3.Sum Up the commonly used drugs:ephedra-cinnamomum,ephedra-licorice,cinnamomum-licorice,ephedra-hedychium,scorched shenqu-scorched hawthorn-scorched Malt,Mulberry leaf-mulberry Bark,Perilla frutescens-perilla,ligustrum lucidum-herba,flos magnoliae-xanthium,Cyperus tuber-tulip,white lentil-incense,albizia bark-turmeric,honeysuckle-wood Butterfly,plantain-alisma Orientale,Peach kernel-safflower,White lentil-talc,achyranthes bidens-phellodendron,honeysuckle-forsythia.The newly discovered drug pairs were Scorpion-ephedra Sinica,Artemisia annua-ephedra Sinica,scorpion-cinnamomum Cassia,Artemisia annua-scorpion,cinnamomum cassia-artemisia Annua;the new drug pairs were chrysanthemum-ligusticum Chuanxiong,ginger-mulberry leaf,cimicifuga-prepared Licorice,mulberry White Bark-ginger,White lentil-dried soybean,chrysanthemum-ligusticum Chuanxiong,ginger-mulberry leaves,cimicifuga-prepared Licorice,Mulberry bark-ginger,White lentils-tempeh.4.Core prescription drug composition:Ephedra,Cassia Twig,Scorpion,Artemisia Annua.licorice,black CIS tablets,raw gypsum,smilax Glabra,white English,Raspberry.The core prescription drugs in the progressive stage were Ephedra Sinica,Ramulus Cinnamomi,raw gypsum,cornu antelopes,Scorpion,licorice,Artemisia ANNUA and SMILAX Glabra.Core prescription drugs at rest include Ephedra,Scorpion,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Artemisia Annua,Herba CIS,licorice,and raw gypsum.The core prescription drugs in the subsiding period include ephedra,heishun tablet,Scorpion,licorice,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Artemisia ANNUA and SMILAX Glabra.Conclusion:In this study,data mining method was used to sum up the law of drug use in treating psoriasis.It can be seen from the use of traditional Chinese medicine that how my tutor discussed and treated psoriasis,the treatment mainly focuses on opening Xuanfu,she started with such pathological factors as "exterior depression,blood heat,toxin and blood stasis",drug composition:Ephedra Sinica,Cassia Twig,Scorpion,Artemisia Annua,licorice,black CIS tablets,raw gypsum,smilax Glabra,white English,raspberry.
