Objective: To systematically collect cases of cardiac neurosis from Professor Deng Yue’s outpatient clinics and conduct data mining to summarize his medication pattern and academic thinking,so as to improve clinical treatment efficacy and provide new reference and reference for young doctors in the treatment of cardiac neurosis.Methods: The case data of patients with cardiac neurosis who attended the outpatient clinic of Professor Deng Yue of the Department of Cardiology at the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine(Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from November 2021 to December 2022 were used as the main study.205 cases of eligible prescription information were screened according to strict nadir criteria,and the information was entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Aid Platform(v2.5),which was applied to The information was entered into the TCM Heritage Assist Platform(v2.5),and its functions of frequency analysis,association rules and cluster analysis were applied to the prescriptions for data processing,and the results were derived and analysed for generalisation.Through the above method,the patterns of prescriptions and the empirical ideas of Professor Deng Yue in the treatment of cardiac neurosis were summarised,providing a basis for clinical guidance in the treatment of cardiac neurosis and further research.Results: In this study,205 patients with cardiac neurosis were recorded,with a total of517 prescriptions.In the general data,the male to female gender ratio was approximately1:4,the oldest age of the patients was 83 years old,the youngest age of the patients was 17 years old,and the average age was 51.05 years old,with the patients mainly concentrated in the age group of 51-60 years old.The symptoms of HF are mainly insomnia,chest tightness,palpitations,irritability,and good breath.The symptoms were mainly Qi and Blood deficiency evidence and Qi stagnation and Blood stasis evidence.The medicines used in HF are: Yuan Zhi,Oyster,Dragon Bone,Gan Song,Chuan Xiong,Poria,Jiang Han Xia,and Sour Date Seed.The medicinal properties are mainly warm and cold,and the taste of the medicines is most often sweet,followed by pungent and bitter.After association rule analysis,42 groups of drug combinations were obtained,and after cluster analysis,6 groups of new formula combinations were obtained.Conclusion: The diagnosis should be based on the identification of deficiency and reality,and the treatment should be divided according to each type of evidence on the basis of the deficiency and reality of Qi and Blood.The treatment focuses on nourishing Qi and Blood,and most of the medicines used are to nourish the heart and tranquilize the mind,and to calm the mind.For symptoms of deficiency of Qi and Blood,treatment is usually carried out by adding or subtracting Yang Xin Tang or Gui Shen Tang;for symptoms of Qi stagnation and Blood stasis,treatment is usually carried out by adding or subtracting Chai Hu Shu Huan San or Yang Xin Tang with medicines to clear the liver and relieve depression;for symptoms of Liver and Kidney Yin deficiency,treatment is usually carried out by adding or subtracting Dang Gui Liu Huang Tang or Zhi Bai Di Huang Tang;for symptoms of Phlegm and Heat disturbing the Heart,treatment is usually carried out by adding or subtracting Huang Lian Wen Bile Tang or Er Miao San;for symptoms of Heart deficiency and Cowardice,treatment is usually carried out by adding or subtracting An Shen Ding Zhi Wan.At the same time,it is important to focus on treating both hearts together,and psychological attention is equally important while applying medication. |
