Objective: To observe the effects of Baduanjin combined with Tianma Gouteng Decoction on nucleotide binding and oligomerization domain(NOD)-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)in patients with liver yang hyperactivity hypertension,to explore their efficacy, safety and correlation, then provide new ideas for better treatment of hypertension, prevention of cardiovascular events and improvement of prognosis. Methods: Sixty patients consistent with the diagnosis of liver yang hyperactivity hypertension were included and randomized into two groups,30 cases each in the control group and the treatment group, and all two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment and dietary guidance,on the basis of which the treatment group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction addition and subtraction and Baduanjin, and two groups of 8 weeks of treatment. The two groups were observed that the changes of the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome score,TCM symptom efficacy, blood pressure,anti-hypertensive effective rate,NLRP3,and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)before and after. The data obtained from the study were collated and input into the software SPSS26,using statistical methods independent sample t-test,Mann Whitney U test, and Chi-square test for conducting process and analyzing, then the changes of the two groups were compared.Results:1.Baseline DataPre-treatment data of the two groups, comparing gender, age, duration of illness,TCM syndrome score, blood pressure level,NLRP3 and IL-1β(P>0.05),no statistically significant difference.2.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM evidence and TCM evidence pointsCompared with before treatment, the two groups of patients had different degrees of improvement in clinical symptoms such as dizziness, headache and tinnitus.the total effective rate of the TCM symptoms treatment group was96.42% better than that of the control group 76.67%(P<0.05),The treatment group showed the most significant improvement in symptoms; After the intervention, the TCM symptoms scores of all two groups decreased, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of anti-hypertensive efficiency and blood pressureThe highest total effective rate of blood pressure reduction was 96.43%in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group(P<0.05),which showed the anti-hypertensive effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;the blood pressure of patients in all two groups decreased. The amplitude of blood pressure reduction in the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of laboratory indicatorsthe levels of NLRP3 and IL-1β in the two groups were reduced compared with before treatment. The decline level of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Baduanjin combined with Tianma Gouteng Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with liver yang hyperactivity hypertension, and the effect is remarkable, which reduces blood pressure level, reduces syndrome score, significantly improves the clinical symptoms of patients, significantly reduces NLRP3 and IL-1βlevels and no significant adverse effects were observed during the clinical observation period.Which reduces oxidative stress damage by inhibiting inflammatory response, and that possible reduces vascular endothelial dysfunction and the interaction between renal injury, neuroinflammation and hypertension.
