Research On The Historical Levels Of The Phonetic System In The Lower Part Of Dazhu Mountain

The southwest Mandarin in Sichuan is the main dialect of Sichuan dialects.The Southwest Mandarin of Sichuan is mainly distributed in GuanChi(??)and Chengdu-Chongqing(??)tablets,and their distribution ranges are so different that their internal phonetic features are also different.The Cheng-Yu(??)tablets includes a large number of dialectal points in Sichuan,including Chengdu,Chongqing,Nanchong and Suining,which represent the dialect points of Chengdu-Chongqing(??)tablets.Whether it is a phonetic feature or a regional distribution,the Chengdu-Chongqing dialect occupies an absolute advantage in Sichuan and it could better reflect the phonetic features of the Southwest Mandarin in Sichuan.Dazhu is located in the east of Sichuan Province,which is belongs to Dazhou,the east is adjacent to Chongqing,and the west is next to Nanchong and Suining.Dazhu dialect belongs to the Cheng-Yu(??)tablets in the southwest of Sichuan.Due to the different terrain and topography,Dazhu could be divided into Shanqian area(??)and Shanhou area(??).There are some differences between the dialects in Shanqian area(??)and Shanhou area(??).Therefore,this paper takes the dialect in the Shanhou area(??)of DaZhu based on the horizontal comparison,to grasp the phonetic features of the Chengdu-Chongqing(??)dialect in the southwest of Sichuan.Then compared with ancient Chinese,to mainly discuss the special phonetic phenomenaes in the consonants,vowels and tones of the phonology.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the main part of this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter,on the basis of field investigation in the lower of Shanhou area(??)of DaZhu,collating and summaring the phonological value description,and overall grasping the phonology and features.The second chapter,the third chapter,and the fourth chapter,further to analysis on consonants,Yin rhyme and Yang rhyme,and Ru rhyme of the lower part Shanhou area of Dazhu dialect by the special phonetic phenomena from a synchronic view,compared with Chengdu,Chongqing and other representative Chengdu-Chongqing(??)dialects,which could reflect phonetic features and phenomenon of Southwest Mandarin dialect in Sichuan.From the diachronic perspective,analyzing the evolution of special phonetic phenomenon,and using historical strata theory isolates the historical phonetic strata.For example,the division and evolution among the Ni(??)Lai(??)Ying(??)Yi(??);the development of opening the second rhymes how to influence the Jian(??)and Xiao(??);The evolution of initials among Jing(??)Zhi(??)Zhuang(??)Zhang(??);the evolution of vowel Guo(??)Hai(??)Zhi(??);the evolution of the Yang rhyme among Shen(??)Zhen(??)Zeng(??)Geng(??)Tong(??);the evolution between the Ru rhymes of Dang(??)Jiang(??);the change of the Ru tones and so on.The fifth chapter,with two speakers of speech materials as the basis,using the method of experimental phonetics and experimental analysis tone value of the lower part Shanhou area of Dazhu dialect.Focus on the analysis the evolution and development about the Ru tone of Southwest Mandarin in Sichuan,and discussing the relationship between the Ru tone and tone value.In this paper,we find that the evolution of initial consonants and vowels in the phonetic system of the lower part of Shanhou area in Dazhu which is basically consistent with the development of Southwest Mandarin in Sichuan,reflecting the earliest strata of history in modern Chinese.Generally,literary and colloquial phenomena in the dialect,colloquial pronunciation is early phonetic strata,which is gradually disappearing;the literary pronunciation is influenced by the authoritative dialect which is later phonetic strata,and becoming the main type of pronunciation.The strata of reflected by the colloquial pronunciation is related to the immigrant activities of modern times.The tone of dialect is relative gentle in Shanqian area(??)and it very high in Shanhou area(??),it is heavier in the lower part of Shanhou area(??),which reflecting the main differences between Dazhu dialects,that is namely specific description of different tone value,which determines the pronunciation difference.And this paper argues that the Ru rhyme of Southwest Mandarin in Sichuan send to the Yangping(??),due to the original value of phonemes is similar to Yangping(??).
