| In recent years,with the rapid development of economic globalization and the improvement of China’s economic development and international status,there are more and more cultural exchanges between China and the world,a large number of foreign learners begin to pay close attention to Chinese language,these largely promote the development of the Chinese language teaching.The growing demand for Chinese requires us to constantly improve and develop the methods of Teaching Chinese as a second language.The ultimate goal of teaching Chinese as a second language is to help students master Chinese language and cultural knowledge,and effectively enhance the ability to communicate in Chinese,so we should start from the cultivation of students’ practical ability,especially based on the communicative goal,emphasizes the importance of culture teaching to enhance students’ communicative ability.Chinese language teaching takes cultivating the students’ cross-cultural communication ability as one of the main goals.And the performed culture approach focuses on students cultural behaviors and the cultivation of communicative ability,and Chinese language is just an important carrier of culture learning.In this essay,based on my own observing and teaching practices in the United States,first of all,I investigated the present situation of teaching Chinese as a second language culture teaching analysis in China,and demonstrated the background、the significance and methods of this research;the second part discusses the current researching status of this culture teaching method in China.The third part analyzes the teaching model of performed culture approach,and in the fourth part,I tried to discuss what role that performed culture approach plays in culture teaching,and the application of this approach in teaching Chinese as a second language.And through the discussions with students and teachers,I came up with my own teaching reflection,in order to make it better applied to both research and practice of teaching Chinese as a second language. |
