With the deepening of the New Curriculum Reform,English teaching in primary school has also been reformed deeply.Group cooperative learning,as a way of learning in Primary School English Teaching,has been widely used.That changes the way students learned and teachers taught,which is beneficial to students' comprehensive development.In the practice and exploration,there are many deficiencies in the group cooperative learning in primary school.Any effective development in classroom teaching are inseparable from the teacher's organization and regulation.The group cooperative learning also requires teachers to have effective organization and regulation.This paper mainly focuses on the organization and regulation of the group cooperative learning in Primary School English Teaching.After the investigation and study,put forward effective solutions to existing problems,which provides a strong reference for improving the teacher organization and regulation,teaching effect,and promoting the efficient development of group cooperative learning.Through literature research,it is found that although many researchers have done some research on the organization and regulation of group cooperative learning,they have also realized the importance of the organization and regulation of teachers in group cooperative learning.But how to carry on the organization and the control has not fully elaborated.There is not enough research on the organization and regulation of English group cooperative learning in primary school.In order to understand the relevant situation,the author designs a questionnaire for students and an outline for teachers' interviews according to the characteristics of English teaching in primary schools.Through the investigation and study of primary school English teachers and students,it is found that the prophase work are not enough,like the goal setting of group cooperative learning,the choice of content and time setting;Process control capability is not strong,like teachers' organizational ability,group division,rules and skills training;The evaluation mechanism of group cooperative learning is not perfect.Through the analysis of the existing problems in different aspects,combined with practical experience,find out the effective strategies to solve these problems.Teachers can take a series of measures to better organize and control group cooperative learning.For example,clear and feasible team cooperation task goal setting and time planning,strengthening team cooperation learning responsibility,rules and skills requirements or training,team cooperation learning process monitoring and multiple evaluation system.
