Research On History Of Qin Opera

Historical Records is a milestone and model work in the history of Chinese historiography and literature.It appeals to later litterateur because of its distinct characters,personalized character language,complicated plots,etc.It is also a material library for the creation of other literature.Stories in the Historical Records are deducted and shown in the form of traditional opera in later ages,which formed a different opera form-dramas from Historical Records.Among which,Qin Opera based on the Historical Records is a product of "Huabu" opera after accepting and deducting the stories of Historical Records.This kind of opera is abundant,and which is a significant part of Qin Opera repertoire and dramas from Historical Records.Although there are so many researches both on Historiography and Qin Opera,scholars paid less attention to the study of Qin Opera based on the Historical Records.So this paper takes the Qin Opera based on the Historical Records as research object,and makes detailed study on its literariness and literary value from the perspective of definition,formation,connotation,artistic features and cultural spirit.Reasons,research value and significance of this topic,as well as current situation and trend of the research on Qin Opera and dramas from Historical Records in domestic and foreign are separately introduced in the Introduction.In the first chapter,first,concept,literature and version selection of the Qin Opera are defined and introduced according to the creation reality of Qin Opera based on the Historical Records.Second,policy background of formation and development of Qin Opera since the Ming Dynasty and popular literature that breeds the Qin Opera based on the Historical Records are briefly summarized.In the second chapter,first,categorizing the original opera scripts from the time and content of stories;second,analyzing the genre,time and selective feature of the Qin Opera based on the Historical Records;and third,stating the connotation of the Qin Opera based on the Historical Records.In the third chapter,artistic characteristics of the Qin Opera based on the Historical Records are discussed from following aspects:character image,plot characteristics,language art and aesthetic style.Last but not least,the inheritance of the cultural spirit of Historical Records in Qin Opera based on the Historical Records is analyzed,and unique cultural spirit and humanistic connotation contained in the Qin Opera based on the Historical Records are interpreted in the fourth chapter.In a word,Historical Records and Qin Opera interact with each other.On the one hand,Historical Records provides archetypal characters,plots,theme patterns and drama scenes and so on to Qin Opera.On the other hand,through accepting and deducting stories in the Historical Records,numerous figure images in the records vividly appear on the stage of Qin Opera,which further promotes the popularization and regionalization of the Historical Records and makes great contribution to the canonization of the Historical Records among citizens.
