Research On The Optimization Of Public Cultural Service Supply In Gaolan County In Gansu Province

Public cultural service is an important part of national cultural and literary work,and its main purpose is to meet the basic cultural needs of the public.The term "public cultural service" has appeared in China for a short time,but with the high attention and support of the government and all sectors of society,the public cultural service system has achieved remarkable results and promoted the high-quality development of cultural industry and cultural undertakings.In recent years,the supply of grass-roots public cultural services has become more and more perfect,but whether it meets the spiritual needs of public production and life,whether it is accurately supplied,and how the supply effect is.Taking Gaolan County of Gansu Province as the research object,guided by public demand,this paper studies the optimization of public cultural service supply strategy in Gaolan County on the basis of questionnaire survey and field interview.First of all,starting from the research background and research significance on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant concepts and theories of public cultural service supply,combined with the actual situation of Gaolan County,this paper deeply expounds the public demand of public cultural service supply in Gaolan County from the four aspects of supply subject,content,mode and effect.In view of the above content,this paper analyzes the major problems and causes of the problems from these four aspects.Through the analysis of the problems,this paper finally puts forward the optimization measures and implementation guarantee measures of the supply strategy of public cultural services in Gaolan County,which can better meet the public demand.
