Casework Intervention Research On Mental Comfort For The Elderly Who Lost Their Independence From The Perspective Of Superiority

In the 1970 s,China began to implement the Family planning policy.While the national population was effectively controlled,many one-child families were born.The children of these families died in the process of growing up due to diseases,car accidents and other reasons,resulting in a large number of elderly people who lost their only child.Their emotional dependence and pension security have become increasingly prominent social problems in the age of increasingly serious aging.To this end,the government has stepped up relevant policies to help the elderly who have lost their only child,such as issuing special family assistance funds to ensure the basic living needs of the elderly who have lost their only child.However,the policy is more supportive from the economic aspect,and it is difficult to make up for the spiritual plight of the elderly who lost their only child with economic subsidies.Through literature review and interviews,the author has learned that most elderly people who have lost their only child have emotional problems such as deep sadness and depression,difficulty in integrating into society,and serious lack of spiritual support,which should be paid attention to by the society.How to help old person of lose only go out of the predicament on affection? Based on this,this paper tries to take advantage of the perspective theory as the guide,using the professional method of case work to intervene in the daily life of the elderly who lost their only child,to help them go through the pain of losing their child,to rebuild their lives.The author selected old people of four streets in tongzhou district of Beijing as the objects of investigation,and analyzed the spiritual plight and needs of old people of shidu through home visits and investigations.Combined with analysis results of SCL-90 scale,choose a as director intervention study,through case,forecast,planning,intervention and evaluation,settlement process help old man alone,in the case for intervention by seven times interview,telephone pays a return visit for many times,help director to dig their own cognition,social ability,the family,peer groups,communities and other advantages,explore ways to assist the director to achieve spiritual solace.Next case work from the perspective of advantages in loss alone old man found in spiritual solace to explore,in using the dominant perspective theory alone old man spirit dilemma is effective,the purpose of this paper is to explore intervention lost the old emotional hardship path alone,called on beyond the physical level to focus on more lost the old man's emotion stuck alone,they can be better after losing a child out of the psychological shadow,abetted.
