The effect of shoulder tackle Defense Technology in rugby has an important influence on the level of competitive performance and prevention of sports injury. The biomechanical characteristics of the movement are not comprehensive enough, especially the impact factors of the shoulder throwing technique are still unknown. This study uses biomechanics research method and the method of establishing sports model to study the influencing factors of the impact force of shoulder tackle, and explores scientific and reasonable shoulder tackle building technology to achieve the best impact effect of shoulder wrestling defense.Based on the present situation of the study of rugby in China, the research mainly uses interview and testing. The author interviewed coaches, referees, athletes and staff engaged in relevant research in 2018 National Seven Rugby Championship to demonstrate the value and significance of the research on shoulder tackle technology in rugby competition.18 Elite Women rugby players(first class level and above)were selected as the research objects. The peak torque, relative peak torque, peak power, relative peak power, relative peak work rate and peak moment ratio of flexion/extension of hip, knee and ankle joint were obtained by using isokinetic muscle force test system.Vicon infrared test system and delsys wireless EMG were used to measure the flexion and extension of hip, knee and ankle joints in sagittal plane, the kisler force measuring platform system and the multifunctional force tester independently developed by the team obtained the ground reaction force of shoulder throwing technology under different posture conditions of the front and rear frame, the angle, angular velocity and moment of lower limb joint in sagittal plane, electromyographic signal and impact force index. The lower-extremity movement model and the individual model of excellent athletes were established by using OpenSim State Optimization software to obtain the strength index of lower limb muscle group.Through the statistical data analysis of the experimental test and the optimization results of the motion model, the research found:1.Under the condition of 60°/s angular velocity, the relative peak torque of the non-dominant side ankle extensor group was positively correlated with the impact force of middle, low and middle position of the front frame shoulder tackle, the relative peak moment of the dominant side knee extensor group was significantly positively correlated with the impact force of the middle and low position of the forward frame shoulder tackle, which was positively correlated with the impact force of the high, the high and the middle position of the reverse frame.2.The average value of the ground reaction force in the sagittal direction of the shoulder tackle on the unilateral foot action is about 0.55-0.59 times of its own weight, the maximum value is about 1.00?1.30 times of its own weight, and the impact force of the shoulder tackle is positively correlated with the ground reaction force.3.The three joints torque of lower-extremity in the forward and reverse frames movement has vector change, and the impact force of shoulder tackle is positively correlated with the mean torque and peak torque(p<0.05).4.The contribution of hip joint in the three joints of shoulder tackle lower extremity is relatively large, with an average value of 38%?45%,followed by knee joint and ankle joint.5.There are common characteristics in the activation degree and the time sequence of the muscle group of the lower-extremity of shoulder parachute in different positions of the forward and reverse frame:that is,the non-dominant side gluteus maxima muscle activation degree is the largest left and the right rectus femoris are activated first.6.In the static optimization model of OpenSim,except for the high shoulder tackle, the muscle strength of biceps femoris and the impact force of shoulder wrestling arm were not correlated, and the other lower-extremity muscle groups were positively correlated with the impact force of shoulder tackle, among them, the positive correlation between the muscle strength of the dominant side quadriceps and the impact force of the shoulder tackle was the highest, followed by the middle and low the non-dominant side fibula intestinal muscle.Overview and summary of the above research results and conclusions:1.1.When using shoulder tackle technique, the lower-extremity movement forms are balanced force on both sides.2.In the shoulder tackle movement, the starting period of the three joints on the lower extremity is the key of influencing the impact force. The angle and peak torque of the hip, knee and ankle joint are the main factors determining the impact force of shoulder tackle.3.In the shoulder tackle movement, the muscle strength is mainly reflected in the rapid strength. The strength of the non-dominant gluteus major muscle, the quadriceps of the bilateral thighs and the gastrocnemius muscle on the non-dominant side are the main muscle groups that sourcing the impact force of the shoulder tackle.4.The defensive techniques of forward frame tackle techniques among elite female rugby players are better than reverse frame shoulder tackle.5.At present,if shoulder tackle technique is utilized in Chinese elite women athlete, the lower-extremity joints movement is out of sync, and the pushing power chain is not smooth. Moreover, the extensor groups strength is not balance in this process, the muscle strength of the ankle joint is weaker than the other,And the non-dominant side of the gastrocnemius muscle weakness problem is more serious.
