Teachers' morality has always been a hot topic in the field of pedagogy.The development and cultivation of teachers' morality has been widely concerned and supervised by public opinion.With the development of teachers' professionalization movement,teachers' professional ethics has gradually begun to realize a qualitative leap towards teachers' professional ethics,and teachers' professional ethics has gradually become an important symbol of teachers' professional identity.At present,the professional ethics of teachers in China is mainly divided according to the study section,and it is a relatively new research perspective to combine the professional ethics of teachers with the professional development stage of teachers,and to carry out specific professional ethics research for teachers in different career stages.The research object of this paper is novice teachers in the early stage of teachers' professional development.The research object is novice teachers.It is mainly based on the fact that novice teachers have stronger plasticity and developmental characteristics than other teachers in the professional development stage.At the same time,it is also the initial and critical period of professional ethics formation and development.This paper mainly uses qualitative research method to study the current situation and problems of novice teachers' professional ethics,and provides some strategic suggestions for the training of novice teachers' professional ethics.This paper is divided into introduction and four chapters.The introduction is composed of research background,research significance,literature review,research ideas and research methods.Through the literature review of relevant studies,it is concluded that there are abundant studies on teachers' professional ethics at home and abroad,but the research on the combination of novice teachers and teachers' professional ethics is relatively scarce.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,interview research and historical analysis.The first chapter defines the relevant concepts of this study,mainly including novice teachers and teachers' professional ethics.On this basis,the connotation,structure and characteristics of teachers' professional ethics are analyzed concretely.This research divides the structure of teachers' professional ethics into three parts: teachers' professional ethics cognition,teachers' professional ethics emotion and teachers' professional ethics behavior.It establishesresearch dimensions for the follow-up exploration of novice teachers' professional ethics problems.Chapter two studies the current situation and existing problems of novice teachers' professional ethics based on interview research method.Firstly,according to the definition of novice teachers,12 novice teachers were selected as interviewees.By transcribing the interview recordings,it is concluded from the analysis of interview data that there are three main problems in novice teachers' professional ethics: vague recognition of professional ethics,dilution of professional ethics emotions,and deviation of professional ethics behavior.Chapter three explores the influencing factors of novice teachers' professional ethics on the basis of literature research.Firstly,under the background of multiple values,the ideas of technological rationality,individualism and utilitarianism spreaded rapidly,this impacted the moral concepts of novice teachers.Secondly,the ethical defects of school system arrangement affect the moral learning life of novice teachers,and the restrictive teacher management system,formal teacher ethics training and rigid teacher evaluation system play a certain role in hindering the professional moral development of novice teachers.Finally,novice teachers have their own personal factors of low professional identity and dislocation of professional ideas.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the strategies of professional ethics training for novice teachers.Firstly,we should optimize the social environment for the professional ethics training of novice teachers,and provide external guarantee for the professional ethics training of novice teachers by providing policy support and professional organizations of teachers.Secondly,the construction of teacher management system of professional ethics training for novice teachers mainly includes the formulation of basic norms of professional ethics for novice teachers,the establishment of incentive mechanism for novice teachers' professional ethics,and the improvement of evaluation mechanism for novice teachers' professional ethics.Finally,we should attach importance to tapping the inherent moral motivation of novice teachers' professional ethics training,mainly by stimulating the novice teachers' professional ethics awareness;guiding novice teachers' professional ethics emotional experience;improving novice teachers' professional ethics behavior practical ability.
