Objective:Every sport has specific requirements for the athlete's physical fitness.Good physical fitness is the basis for athletes to achieve good results.Human physical fitness includes strength,speed,coordination,flexibility,and sensitivity.For example,ball games require athletes to have excellent strength,speed,sensitivity,and coordination.Gymnastics programs require athletes to have excellent body flexibility and coordination.Therefore,good physical fitness is the basis for athletes to engage in competitive sports.For mass sports,people's physical fitness will affect people's experience in sports.Good physical quality helps people to complete specific sports techniques.Completing the coordination of beautiful technical movements will increase the interest of the athletes and evolve into interest,which plays an important role in lifelong sports.Through reviewing the literature,it was found that most of the seniors studied the improvement of physical fitness and the importance of various physical qualities to sports.However,there are few studies on the correlation between physical fitness.Whether people have good flexibility will affect their strength.Is there a correlation between the two qualities? Therefore,this topic studies the correlation between the flexibility of the waist and the jumping power and waist strength.Exploring whether there is a certain correlation between flexibility and strength.Research hypothesis: waist flexibility,waist strength and jumping power are important factors influencing the human body to exercise,that is,waist flexibility,waist strength,and jumping strength can directly determine a person's athletic performance,if the body is flexible Large differences in sex and strength increase the risk of potential sports injuries.This experiment assumes that there is a correlation between lumbar flexibility and bounce and waist strength,but whether there isa positive correlation or a negative correlation between the three needs further test results.Methods:This study selected 33 males and females,all subjects are healthy enough to participate in the completion of the experiment.All subjects were informed of the purpose of the study and the method of use of the test instrument before the experiment.In order to prevent the subject from being injured during the test,warm-up activities were carried out before the test.The subject's lumbar flexibility was first tested.The first test method was the standing lower body flexion,and the second test method was the standing position to the posterior body flexion.The subject's flexibility data was measured using a tape measure.Secondly,the waist and abdomen strength test was carried out,and the waist and belly strength was measured by the Swiss CON-TREX isokinetic strength test and training system.The subject's waist and abdomen strength indicators can be accurately tested.Finally,the subject's bounce ability was tested.In this experiment,the subject's bounce force index was tested using both bouncing and bouncing.Simultaneous recording of lower limb bounce during half-bounce and bounce using the Kistler three-dimensional force table with Bioware software.Results : Through the simple correlation analysis between waist flexibility and jumping power and waist strength,it is found that there is no correlation between waist flexibility and jumping power and waist strength.The correlation coefficient R is less than 0.5 and the P value is greater than 0.05(R<0.5,P >0.05).That is,the flexibility of the waist does not affect the jumping power and the strength of the waist and abdomen.According to the flexibility of the waist group,two independent sample T tests showed that there was no significant difference between the flexibility group A and the group B in terms of bounce force and waist strength.The waist flexibility and bounce force and waist strength wereverified again.No relevance.Conclusions and suggestions:Through the experimental results,it can be seen that there is no correlation between waist flexibility and jumping power and waist strength.The flexibility of the waist does not affect the size of the bounce and waist strength.However,in the sports training and daily sports activities,systematic training must be carried out for each physical quality,and preparation activities should be taken to prevent the occurrence of sports injuries.
