A Study On The Supervision Of Food Safety Through Online Ordering In Fancheng District,Xiangyang

In the situation of “Internet +”,online ordering business grows and develops rapidly.As a new kind of consumption pattern,it's convenient,resourceful and fashionable so that many consumers are fond of it.At the same time,it's exposed to many food safety problems and potential risks.In order to guarantee food safety through online ordering,there is need to solve the regulatory problems,resolve challenging issues and achieve social governance.The government departments should establish the governance structure involved in online ordering managers,online ordering platforms,consumers,industry associations and the media,to reinforce intelligent regulation and targeted governance for a safer environment.This paper mainly studies the supervision of food safety through online ordering in Fancheng district of Xiangyang,aiming to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for further strengthening supervision.Firstly,the paper gives some related concept definition,theoretical knowledge and laws,laying theoretical foundation of the research.Then,using questionnaire and field survey,this essay concludes some existing difficulties and problems from the current situation which is described from three perspectives of consumers,business operators and government departments.Following,the essay deeply analyzes what leads to the problems from five supervision factors: object,system,environment,technology and regime.At last,the paper puts forward some countermeasures by learning from the advanced experience at home and abroad,other research results and the collected suggestions.They are standardizing the operation of online ordering,establishing a shared supervision system,building the pattern of social governance,innovating supervision methods,improving laws and regulations.
