In the sonar system,obtaining high-precision,high-quality collected data plays a key role in the main functions and performance of the entire sonar device.With the rapid development of electronic system technology,data acquisition equipment in sonar equipment is continuously developing towards high precision,high speed,multi-channel,and large bandwidth.Based on the MicroTCA architecture specifications in the telecommunications field,this paper designs a multi-channel underwater acoustic data acquisition board that can be used in sonar systems.The board uses the standard AMC modular architecture,which can realize the simultaneous acquisition and real-time transmission of 16-channel underwater acoustic signals.The paper first designs the AMC modular acquisition card as a whole.Based on the standard MicroTCA system,the functions and design specifications of the AMC modular acquisition card are proposed.Then the top-down design method is used to divide the acquisition card into five functional units: core control unit,AMC interface unit,analog-to-digital conversion unit,internal interface unit and system power supply unit.The main functions and technical indicators of each unit are proposed.Subsequently,the chip selection,pin configuration and hardware circuit of the five functional units were designed in detail.And designed and drawn the AMC modular acquisition card PCB board.Then the software design of AMC modular data acquisition card is designed.The acquisition software program is divided into four main parts:AMC intelligent management,data acquisition,data transmission,and network communication.First,design the power-on activation and hot plugging process of the AMC module,then the SPI timing acquisition,serial-to-parallel conversion,FIFO buffer,and cross-clock domain metastable elimination procedures in the data acquisition program are designed in detail.Based on the u PP communication interface,the u PP interface programs on the FPGA and DSP sides are designed in detail,and the specific processes of pin configuration,operation mode,and interrupt configuration are designed.Based on the SYS / BIOS real-time operating system on the DSP,the TCP / UDP transmission protocol is used to realize the high-speed transmission function of the collected data.Finally,the designed data acquisition board is tested for function and performance.First test AMC board intelligent management?the power module and the frequency consistency of each channel.The sinusoidal signal and chirp signal were used to test the 16-channel data acquisition function of the board to verify the data acquisition,internal communication,and network transmission functions at a high sampling rate,and the test results were analyzed.It can be seen from the test results that the data acquisition board functions normally,the data acquisition results are accurate,and the performance indicators meet the design requirements,which can meet the needs of data acquisition in the underwater acoustic field.
