The fluid solid coupling phenomenon of elastic structure widely exists in the fields of ocean,aerospace,bridge,biology,etc.Based on this,this paper studies the general law of the interaction between structure and flow field in the coupling process by numerical simulation of fluid solid coupling of elastic plate and elastic cylinder with free end.In this paper,the effects of Reynolds number,bending stiffness and the distance between elastic plates on the flow field and the mechanical properties of the structure are investigated.The results show that the flow field tends to be steady at low Reynolds number and large bending stiffness,but transient at the contrary;the structural stress characteristics of single plate flow are greatly affected by Reynolds number,which increases first and then decreases with the increase of Reynolds number from 6.67 to 6.67×10~5.hhen the Reynolds number is 6.67×10~4,the resistance reaches the maximum value.In the flow around two plates,the distance between two plates is an important factor affecting the flow pattern at low Reynolds number.The smaller the distance is,the more complicated the streamline distribution is,and the more vortices are formed between the two elastic plates.There are many factors influencing the coupling in the flow around multiple plates.The first plate is the most resistant in the direction of upstream,and the others is reduced to some extent.In the flow around a rigid body cylinder,the forces on the cylinder and the changes of flow streamline are analyzed when the Reynolds number is 200,500 and 1000 under the condition of the ratio of length to diameter of 4 and 6.In the flow around an elastic cylinder with free end,the effects of Reynolds number and bending stiffness on the flow field and structure are analyzed,and compared with the flow around a rigid body.The results show that with the increase of Reynolds number,the bending deformation of elastic cylinder increases gradually,which is the main reason for the great change of streamline behind the flow field.At the same time,compared with the analysis of infinite cylinder flow and rigid cylinder flow,the resistance of cylinder is greatly reduced.The influence of the bending stiffness on the coupling is mainly reflected in the degree of the bending deformation of the cylinder.The larger the deformation,the greater the influence on the coupling.The research results of this paper are helpful for people to understand the flow around elastic structure more comprehensively and deeply,and have guiding significance and application value for other flow problems in engineering practice.
