Landslide geological hazard is the most serious geological hazard,which causes serious casualty and property loss every year.Therefore,it is necessary to control the landslide geological hazard.The success of landslide control depends on the rationality of the regulation scheme.In the study of landslide remediation plan,technical feasibility,safety and reliability and simplicity of construction are the main factors to be considered,and cost analysis of remediation plan is seldom involved.Based on the above background,the research content of this paper is determined.Taking Diaojiayan landslide in Yunyang County as the research object,the landslide remediation project schemes are compared and selected.Through the site investigation,the engineering measures of anti-slide support structure and related cost problems of disaster-bearing bodies in landslide remediation engineering are mainly studied.On this basis,the landslide remediation engineering scheme is determined by qualitative analysis method and economic benefit evaluation method.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,the landslide geological hazard and the landslide geological hazard regulation project are defined,and then,the regulation principle of landslide geological hazard is discussed,that is,the correct understanding,prevention-oriented,early treatment,priority in economic benefits,comprehensive treatment in accordance with local conditions,scientific information construction.Finally,the paper discusses the relevant theories of the comparison and selection of the treatment schemes of landslide geological hazards.Secondly,this paper expounds the common measures of landslide geological disaster control,the comparison and selection of control schemes,the possible cost loss caused by landslide geological disaster and the economic benefit evaluation of landslide geological disaster control project,the cost analysis of personal injury and death and the cost analysis of property loss in landslide treatment are introduced respectively.Based on the cost analysis of landslide rehabilitation project and the related theory of comparison and selection,5 working steps of comparison and selection of landslide rehabilitation project are obtained.And then,the nature of the Diaojiayan landslide example was ascertained,and the landslide area overview and landslide characteristics were mastered.Based on this,the causes of the landslide were explored,which could provide the basis for the landslide remediation plan and the cost calculation and scheme ratio of the subsequent landslide remediation project.According to the description of the characteristics of the Diaojiayan landslide and the analysis results of the landslide genesis,there are three types of remediation plans for the Diaojiayan landslide.The overall project management plan,the overall relocation and avoidance plan,part of the relocation and avoidance,and partial management.Finally,qualitative analysis of different remediation plans from the characteristics of the Diaojiayan landslide and its causal mechanism.Then,based on the detailed on-site investigation,the cost problems in the landslide remediation plan were analyzed,and the overall relocation and avoidance plan and the cost of the overall engineering treatment plan were discussed respectively.Based on the results of cost analysis,qualitative analysis methods combined with economic benefit assessment methods are used to compare the options.It is believed that the Diaojiayan landslide should adopt partial remediation and partial relocation.Through the study of this paper,a new angle of comparison and selection of landslide geological disaster control engineering schemes is put forward,considering the comprehensive socio-economic evaluation of the control engineering,and combining the relevant cost analysis of engineering technical measures and the relevant methods of economic benefit evaluation,it has been well applied in the Diaojiayan landslide regulation project,which provides basis and reference for the decision-making of the landslide geological hazard regulation project.
