Water and land resources are the basic and strategic resources for the stable development of a country,and their matching relationship and equilibrium level are is central to a country's development.At present,climate change and human activities have significantly affected water and land resources,and aggravated the contradiction between supply and demand of them.The Yellow River basin is a major strategic planning area in China,which has a fragile ecological environment,complex spatial relationship of water and land resources,and is easily disturbed by human activities.Therefore,the study on the spatial matching relationship and equilibrium control of water and land resources can promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.On the basis of summarizing the research status and existing problems at home and abroad,this study systematically elaborated the concept,connotation and other theoretical contents of spatial matching relationship and spatial equilibrium control of water-land resources,and further studied their quantitative methods and applications.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Study on spatial matching of water-land resources and its quantitative methods.Based on the interpretation of spatial relationship and distribution characteristics of water-land resources,the concept of spatial matching of water-land resources is clarified.By summarizing and analyzing the existing matching quantitative methods,the matching degree based on the distance of data sequence("DDS-MD")method is proposed,which is suitable for the matching degree calculation of multiple elements,and can be directly used in the area with small range,single type of water and land resources.While for the large area,which with rich types of land,water and balanced industrial structure,a comprehensive matching quantification method of water-land resources based on "SEDEA-DDS" is proposed in combination with the SEDEA model,considering the differences in the types and utilization efficiency of water and land resources.(2)Spatial equilibrium control of land and water resources and its quantitative methods.Based on the previous research of spatial equilibrium of water resources,the concept and connotation of spatial equilibrium of water-land resources and spatial equilibrium control of water-land resources were interpreted.From the perspective of multi-system of water and land resources system,economic and social system and natural ecology system,a framework of spatial equilibrium control of water-land resources is proposed,which includes "one main line,two entry points,three criteria,four contents and five objectives".Combined with the LMDI factor decomposition method,a spatial equilibrium control model of water-land resources guided by "target Goal orientation-factor decomposition-index determination-scheme optimization" was established.(3)Spatial matching relationship and equilibrium control of water-land resources in nine provinces of the Yellow River Basin.Based on the analysis of the situation of water and land resources in the region,the spatial and temporal characteristics of waterland resources matching relationship were analyzed by "SEDEA-DDS",and the correlation between the water-land resources matching and GDP,population and industrial output value were analyzed by data analysis methods.The spatial equilibrium state of water and land resources was quantified by the spatial equilibrium control model and the control suggestions were put forward.The results show that there are obvious differences in the matching level of water-land resources between upstream and downstream.The matching level is closely related to the development of the primary industry.The spatial equilibrium degree of water-land resources of agricultural subtype is the lowest.All provinces and autonomous regions should pay attention to its main shortcomings and improve the balance level of water and land resources.(4)Spatial matching relationship and equilibrium control of water-land resources in tidal area of the lower Yellow River.Based on the analysis of the situation of water and land resources in the region,the matching level of water-land resources and with economic development were analysed by "DDS-MD" method,and discusses the influence of climate on the matching relationship of water-land resources in the future.The spatial equilibrium control model is used to analyze the spatial equilibrium level of water and land resources and put forward the control scheme.The results show that water and land resources and their matching degree with economic development have obvious regional characteristics.The total population is the most likely factor to affect the matching relationship.All counties should pay attention to adjusting the distribution of water and land resources,improving the utilization efficiency of water and land resources and carrying out systematic development.
