China is a big coal country, but a large number of subsidence areas have been formed during decades of coal mining, which has caused serious damage to local production, living and ecological environment.Exampled by a certain mining area of Xuzhou as an example, through remote sensing and field survey, analyze the distribution characteristics of mining subsidence to obtain the physiographic and hydrological and geotechnical conditions of the mining area, and GIS-based mining area, carry out mining risk assessment through analytic hierarchy process, the conclusion of the vulnerability assessment is to evaluate the mining area in combination with the risk assessment and make recommendations based on the evaluation results of related management measures related to land development in the mining area..The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Factors that assess the amount of mountainous environment basically mean that there are three factors involved: geology, mining and time, including seven evaluation factors: mining mode, mining depth, mining thickness, final mining time, mining coal seam, geological structure and roof lithology. The weight of each evaluation factor is determined by analytic hierarchy process.(2)According to the risk, the area is divided into three parts, which are high risk area, medium risk area and low risk period. The high risk areas are mainly distributed in the mining areas with frequent coal mining activities, and the medium risk areas are generally distributed in the periphery of the high risk areas,or also occur in the areas with relatively developed geological structures.According to remote sensing technology, the type and arrangement of disaster bearing body are determined, and the result is calculated and the partition map of vulnerability is drawn. In the highvulnerability zone, the total value of disaster bearing body in each cell is relatively high, and the loss caused by geological disasters is relatively large, which is generally concentrated around important roads, villages and factories..(3)Evaluate and analyze all kinds of ground collapse conditions, analyze with the help of Arc GIS software, and draw collapse zoning map.In some high-risk areas, the risk is low, because the disaster bearing body value of these areas is low, leading to low vulnerability, that is,the social and economic impact of geological disasters are small,so only appropriate resources can be invested for landscape treatment in the later stage. However, for the area with high bearing value in the high-risk area, the risk is relatively high,so most of the governance resources need to be tilted in this area, and the monitoring efforts should be strengthened in the coal mining process, and close attention should be paid to the changes of geological strata.(4)Based on the present situation of land resource damage and the vulnerability and risk zoning of the subsidence area in Zhangshuanglou Mining area of Xuzhou, the land reclamation and treatment of the subsidence area were carried out according to the actual situation of the mining area.According to the degree of disaster, the mining area was divided into 36 evaluation units, and land suitability evaluation was carried out for each unit. The land reclamation direction was mainly cultivated land, followed by garden land. Finally, woodland and water area were appropriately developed in combination with landscape restoration requirements. The damage degree of the cultivated land within the scope of reclamation responsibility is moderate and light, and the cultivated land is suitable for reclamation. For the area with serious land damage within the scope of reclamation,it is suitable to be reclaimed for the surface of pit or used for fishery breeding. The reclamation responsibility scope of the mining area is divided into seven reclamation units in total, and different reclamation projects are designed according to the reclamation units, involving the treatment of each reclamation unit such as soil stripping engineering and other eight projects.
