Based on the landslide of No.7 road of Sanhekou Reservoir,Ningshan county,Shaanxi,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the landslide and analyzes it's causes through field investigation and data collection,and evaluates the stability of the landslide through the way of qualitative analyzes and quantitative calculation.Three different kinds of landslide treatment are proposed.Finally,the way of grey fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making and uncertainty measurement theory are used to select the most optional landslide treatment method.The main content and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The major factors of the landslide are analyzed by studying the geological environment conditions of the landslide area and surveying in the field.The physical and mechanical parameters of the landslide are obtained by drilling,pitting,indoor soil tests,which provides a basis for analyzing and controlling landslide.(2)Stability of the landslide is analyzed by using natural history analysis method according to geotechnical investigation report and the current deformation and failure characteristics of the landslide.The landslide is currently in understable state.But it will be in unstable state during heavy rains or continuous rainfall.The transfer coefficient method is used to calculate the stability of the landslide and the result is the same.(3)Using FLAC3D to simulate the stability of the landslide,the results are basically consistent with those by natural history analysis method and the transfer coefficient method.(4)According to the characteristics of the landslide,three different treatment schemes were designed.The model of optional selection of landslide treatment method is built up to select the best project,using the grey fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making method and uncertainty measurement theory method,selecting security,feasibility degree of construction,engineering cost,construction period,and environmental friendliness as evaluation indicators.Project 2 ultimately is the best.
