The flight characteristics of the tilt-rotor of unmanned tilt-rotor aircraft are between the propeller and the helicopter rotor,and our country lacks the detailed design engineering experience of such rotors in this field.Therefore,this paper proposes a set of systematic numerical simulation methods to carry out the aerodynamic design and simulation of tilt-rotor.Firstly,according to the rotor design theory,the aerodynamic shape of the tilt-rotor is analyzed and designed.The parameters of the rotor model and the selection method of the main design parameters such as rotor profile,chord length,torsion angle and rotor speed are introduced.Secondly,the rotor dynamics simulation modeling analysis is carried out.The simulation software FLIGHTLAB is used to analyze the aerodynamics of the single rotor.In view of the hovering and forward state of the aircraft,the research on the blade tension and power characteristics of the tiltrotor with different rotor speed and collective pitch is carried out.Then,the rotor is simulated and analyzed by CFD method.A grid generation method and numerical calculation method for unsteady rotor flow field are developed,and the CFD simulation results are verified by FLIGHTLAB software.The numerical simulation method determined in this paper is used to carry out numerical calculation and three-dimensional flow field analysis of the rotor.The influence of various variables(collective pitch,rotor speed)on the aerodynamic performance of tilt-rotor is investigated.Finally,based on ISIGHT software,a rotor parameter optimization method is proposed to optimize the rotor aerodynamic efficiency and thrust coefficient.
