With the development of laser inertial confinement fusion(ICF),the laser power used in high-energy laser system is also increasing,which has higher and higher requirements for the quantity and quality of the optics.During installation and use,the surface of optics usually produces and adsorbs particulate pollutants.The particulates greatly affects the luminous flux and damage threshold of optics,and restricts the development of ICF.At present,the offline cleaning methods of optics have been mature,but the time and labor cost of offline cleaning is too high.The main scheme of in-situ cleaning is air knife blowing.However,air knife could cause secondary pollution which affects the cleaning effect.The content of this topic is to use high-voltage electronstatic to collect the removed particulates while air knife blowing,so as to prevent the secondary pollution of particulates and improve the collecting efficiency.Firstly,forces on and the charging process of particulates in the electric field are analyzed.The curves of van der Waals force,gravity,friction force,traction force and electric field force on the particle size are obtained.The possibility of removing particulates with electronstatic is discussed.The collecting progress is simulated with the obtained range of parameters.The influence of voltage,electrode configuration,particle size,flow rate and electrode spacing on the collecting efficiency is obtained.Secondly,according to the requirements of experiment and application,a dust collecting system is developed.The system is composed of several groups of electrostatic dust collecting devices and a host computer.The dust collecting devices and the host computer are connected by communication bus.The high-voltage electrostatic dust collecting device can adjust and switch the air knife and high-voltage source,and the host computer can remotely control any one or group of dust collecting devices.Finally,on the dust collection system,dust collecting experiments are carried out with the parameters determined by theory.The effects of voltage,electrode spacing,flow rate,particle size and other parameters on the collecting and removal efficiency are obtained,which supplement some deficiencies in the simulation.According to the actual experimental results,the electrostatic dust collection device was improved to further improve the collecting efficiency on the premise of ensuring the removal efficiency.
