Since the 21st century,with the continuous development and utilization of the Yangtze River coastline,human activities have intensified,and the Yangtze River coastline has been affected and damaged to varying degrees.In recent years,the general secretary has presided over a series of meetings with the theme of the great protection of the Yangtze River economic belt.The meeting focused on promoting the work of "jointly grasping the great protection and not engaging in the great development" of the Yangtze River economic belt.This paper mainly takes the Taizhou section of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River as the research goal.According to the determination principle of the shoreline,the banded space area between the waterfront control line and the outer edge control line is defined as the shoreline.In this paper,the waterfront control line is proposed to be used as the benchmark for the final division of shoreline types and the statistics of shoreline utilization length,and the shoreline utilization classification system of Taizhou along the river is established according to the priority principle.Based on the Landsat series remote sensing images of Taizhou along the Yangtze River for 30 years(1990?2020),the Landsat Image data of representative years(2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2020)are selected for analysis to study the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of shoreline utilization in Taizhou section of the Yangtze River.Finally,the main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of Landsat Image data in characteristic representative years,the port coastline and industrial coastline showed a rapid upward trend from 2000 to 2015,and decreased from 2015 to 2020.In recent years,the ecological coastline along the river has been restored to a certain extent,and the use and protection of the coastline along the river in Taizhou has achieved remarkable results.(2)Combined with the spatial intensity of shoreline utilization,normalized vegetation index,hot spot analysis and shoreline utilization rate,this paper studies the rational layout planning of production,life,ecology and reserved shoreline along the river.Optimize the allocation and adjustment of the spatial pattern of the coastline,focus on the layout,and improve the intensive utilization level of the coastline space,so that the utilization proportion of the coastline along the river in Taizhou tends to be reasonable.(3)The existing problems and corresponding protection measures of shoreline utilization in Taizhou section of the Yangtze River are summarized.There are some river sections along the river with high degree of shoreline development,low shoreline utilization efficiency,serious waste of shoreline resources,occupation of a large number of wetland ecological space,fragmentation of ecological space and serious crowding of ecological space.The specific protection measures are as follows:a certain width of riverside green belt is planned and constructed,such as the Ecological Corridor project of Taixing City,and a number of similar Gaogang Chunjiang wetland parks are planned with emphasis on port branches and beaches;Investigate the production and operation status of enterprises distributed along the river,limit the polluting enterprises to withdraw from the space occupying the ecological coastline for a certain period of time,and moderately relocate the non living enterprises located in the living coastline area.
