Study On Popper's Objective Knowledge

Karl Popper is one of the greatest philosophers of science and technology in the 20 th century and even today.His research is extremely extensive,and his thoughts involve many fields of philosophy,leaving many masterpieces.One of his books,Objective Knowledge: A Study of Evolution,marks the return of his focus from the study of society to the study of the philosophy of science.He resisted traditional epistemology and particularly attacked the theory of common sense.In order to replace the traditional theory of knowledge since ancient Greece,he established a set of objective knowledge research system.Knowledge,he argues,is different from faith.It is not a belief.It is not an immutable belief.Abandoning the traditional epistemology of knowledge as a belief that can be believed to be true,he proposed that knowledge is objective,I know,I think is not equal to knowledge.Having cleared this up,he went on to argue that traditional epistemology,which starts from subjective knowledge,has a problem with its subject matter.We should start with objective knowledge,which is the object of the study of epistemology.Then he put forward the world 3 theory and established an epistemology with no cognitive subject.However,there are many loopholes in his epistemology without subject,which has aroused criticism and refutation from many philosophers.His knowledge theory hit the key point of traditional epistemology,pointed at induction directly,and used logic and criticism to put forward reasonable evidence for the mistakes of empiricism and positivism.It is not only the reflection and reconstruction of traditional epistemology,but also of great value to the discussion and research of knowledge.To study Popper's knowledge theory,it is necessary to follow the development of Popper's objective knowledge and make a whole study of the objective knowledge established by Popper.It studies how Popper criticizes subjective knowledge and establishes objective knowledge system,and how Popper constructs his theoretical system of objective knowledge,as well as the rationality and defects of this objective knowledge,so as to have a rational criticism of objective knowledge.After having a general understanding of Popper's objective knowledge,the rationality and defects of Popper are analyzed,and a reasonable conclusion is drawn.Through research,on the one hand,explain the purpose of the popper put forward the objective knowledge,on the other hand trying to critical study of popper's theory of objective knowledge,both agreed to popper's theory of objective knowledge,fill the gaps in the traditional epistemology and popper's theory of objective world research to study the significance of scientific knowledge view,At the same time,it criticizes Popper's objective knowledge theory and points out that Popper's objective knowledge theory is not enough to become a new system of knowledge theory.After the comprehensive analysis of Popper's theory of objective knowledge,we also have a general thinking about the problem of knowledge.It is concluded that we should adhere to the idea of the unity of subject and object when we study knowledge.
