Pine wood nematode is a highly contagious and highly destructive quarantine forest disease.It was introduced into our country in 1982 and spread rapidly from south to north.It has become one of the diseases that threaten the health of pine forests the most at present,and the economic losses it has caused to our country are immeasurable.With the improvement of information technology,information management has become an inevitable trend in the field of forest disease prevention and control.In recent years,pine wood nematode has spread and spread in some areas of Shandong Province,and the scope of influence is still expanding.Therefore,it is very important to use computer technology to improve the efficiency of epidemic prevention and control.With the rapid development of computer technology and "3S" technology,emerging technologies such as Web GIS and Mobile GIS have gradually developed and matured,it can play an active role in the collection,management,analysis and prediction of forest pests and diseases.In order to solve the problems of difficult information collection and large amount of management engineering in the work of pine wood nematode disease control in Mount Tai,this thesis deeply integrates pine wood nematode disease control work with GIS,and builds an efficient and reliable control information management system and a portable and easy-to-use information collection APP,and uses the epidemic data collected in the past three years to conduct a spatiotemporal statistical analysis to provide technical support for the elimination and treatment of epidemic wood.The specific research contents are as follows:(I)Research and development of information management system for pine wood nematode disease control based on Web GISBased on Spring Boot,Vue.js,Web GIS and other technologies,the front-end and backend separation applications are built to realize epidemic wood management and personnel management.At the same time,it pays attention to data statistics and visualization,and uses ECharts,Leaflet and other technologies to realize various charts and map display.Combined with point aggregation,heat map and other functions to conduct spatial analysis of the epidemic situation.The research can help forest managers manage information on the removal and treatment of diseased trees and analyze the epidemic situation,so as to set a better removal and treatment plan.(II)Research and development of pine wood nematode information collection APP based on mobile GIS.Based on the Android platform,an APP for the collection of epidemic wood information was developed.Combined with multiple technologies such as mobile map engine,spatial database,GPS positioning,image compression,wireless mobile communication,etc.,it provides information collection function for the census,elimination,acceptance,rectification and other processes of epidemic wood.Further,in order to overcome the harsh environment of field operations,functions such as offline map navigation and temporary data storage are added.The APP has a simple interface and comprehensive functions,which not only meets the needs of construction workers with different cultural levels,but also simplifies the complexity of information collection,providing an auxiliary role for the elimination and treatment of pine wood nematode.(III)Spatiotemporal statistical analysis of pine wood nematode epidemic in Mount Tai based on spatial autocorrelation and Kriging interpolation.Based on the data of epidemic wood removal and treatment in the past three years,the spatial autocorrelation was used to analyze the clustering and heterogeneity of the spatial distribution of the epidemic,and the Kriging interpolation method was used to establish a spatial prediction model of the epidemic,and the interpolation prediction was carried out for the unsampled area.Through the analysis of the epidemic situation year by year,it is helpful for the forestry department to control the overall development of the epidemic situation and provide a scientific decision-making basis for the next step of prevention and control work.
