Research On Mineral Resources Investment Region Of Mongolia

Mongolia has important geostrategic value.From the beginning of the twenty-first century.Through the meeting between senior leaders of both sides,bilateral economic ties have gradually tightened and cooperation in various fields has been continuously enhanced.China is now Mongolia's largest trading partner and largest investor.In terms of resources,Mongolia is rich in mineral resources and is highly complementary to China.In terms of investment environment,the Mongolian government started the reform process of encouraging foreign investment and improving the legal policy environment in 2014,which provided a good opportunity for Chinese enterprises to invest in Mongolia.All of these conditions provide a solid foundation for Chinese enterprises to invest and develop mineral resources in Mongolia.Therefore,this paper studies the choice of mineral resources investment area in Mongolia,aiming to provide some basis and reference for Chinese enterprises to invest in Mongolia mineral resources.Based on the theory of mineral resources economic regionalization,this paper analyzes the related data of Mongolian geology and mineral resources,and divides the existing mineralization zone into Mongolia's mineral resources investment region.They are named as the northern mountainous area of Bulgan-Khuvsgul(I-1),northern section of Hangai mountain-Zavkhan river valley(I-2),the Great lake basin(I-3),the Khentii uplift-Hangai mountain(I-4)and so on.Based on the situation of mineral resources of Mongolia and the demand situation of mineral resources in China,this paper analyzes the complementarity between China and Mongolia.Gold,silver,copper,iron,fluorite and oil suitable for investment in Mongolia were proposed.Referring to the existing strategic evaluation model of mineral resources and economic evaluation system of mineral resources.Through literature search,expert consultation and other methods,all evaluation elements are screened for Mongolian conditions.Put forward The economic value of mineral resources,Potential of mineral resources,Mineral resources development,Human resources,Industrial economic maturity,Infrastructure construction as the six primary factors to evaluate Mongolia's mineral resources investment region.Application mining right assessment,mathematical statistics,expert rating to analyze and calculate each factor,and get the vertical ranking of the investment area under each factor.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and sequential summation method to establish evaluation system.According to the score of comprehensive evaluation,the ranking of Mongolia's mineral resources investment region was conducted.The ranking order is: the Khentii uplift-Hangai mountain(I-4),Desert gobi area of Umnugovi(III-5),Edren-Oyut gobi district(III-4)and so on.By comparing the existing mining investment and economic development in each investment area,Mutual verification with ranking results.Conduct preliminary empirical analysis and add the reliability of evaluation ranking.Expect to provide some evidence and reference for Chinese enterprises to invest in Mongolia minerals.
