With the increasing economic globalization and the continuous development of productivity,human resources,as a core element of competition,become more and more important in the competition among countries,regions and enterprises.Since the reform and opening up,China has experienced more than 40 years of rapid development,and the demand for energy is gradually increasing.However,due to the limited energy occurrence conditions in China,the status of coal as the main energy is difficult to change in a short time.As a traditional industry,the coal industry is generally characterized by low salary,poor working and living environment and narrow development space,resulting in a high employee turnover rate.At the same time,highly educated and highly skilled personnel are unwilling to enter the coal industry,which leads to the shortage of relevant technical staff in the coal industry,which also restricts the development of China’s coal industry towards intensive efficiency and technological innovation.This paper takes SD Coal washing and selecting center as the research object,analyzes and studies the employee turnover problem and countermeasures.First of all,through reading relevant literature at home and abroad,the theory of enterprise human resource management and employee turnover theory are systematically sorted out.Through an in-depth investigation of the human resource management and employee turnover of the center,we know that excessive employee turnover not only damages the corporate image,but also raises the human cost of the enterprise,affects the normal operation and safe production of the enterprise,damages the intangible assets of the enterprise,and reduces the cohesion and morale of the enterprise.The existence of these problems has a negative impact on the development of the washing center and has become an urgent problem to be solved.Second,this study on employees and employees on the interview and questionnaire survey,through the use of summary data,SPSS analysis,likert scale statistical analysis and other research methods for statistical analysis of the results of the survey,finding out the washing center staff turnover of enterprise external factors and internal factors and personalfactors,and analysis of these factors in the differentiation from multiple angles.Finally,the article from the establishment of practical and flexible human resources planning,the establishment of a scientific recruitment system,the establishment of a reasonable salary incentive system,strengthen staff training and turnover management,strengthen the construction of corporate culture and other five aspects to reduce the staff turnover center pragmatic,concrete countermeasures.Paper based on the SD group coal washing system research center staff turnover problems,help washing center a comprehensive understanding of the cause of the high staff turnover,to optimize the human resource management in time to reduce staff turnover,make employees can better roots enterprises,service enterprises for a long time,for the continuous development of washing center business stable human resources guarantee.
