With the increasing number of industrial enterprises in China,the emission of NOx in the atmosphere is also increasing,which causes serious environmental pollution.Reducing NOx emissions has become the focus of environmental protection supervision in China,and also an important part of corporate social responsibility.Therefore,more and more enterprises begin to transform the production process to reduce NOx emission as much as possible.However,due to the complex process of desulfurization system,there are many potential hazards in the process of transformation,so it is very easy to have accidents.How to effectively identify the project risk,assess the size of the risk,and formulate risk response measures has become the focus of the implementation of such projects,which is also the purpose of this paper.Based on the risk analysis of denitration transformation project of M refining and chemical company,this paper further expounds various risks existing in this project,and formulates effective plans for this project,so as to facilitate the sTab.promotion of this project.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,and related concepts and theories;then,through the analysis of denitration transformation project of M refining and chemical company,the possible risk factors are identified one by one;then,the adverse effects of risk factors are quantitatively evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;finally,combined with the results of risk evaluation,the risk factors of M refining and chemical company are evaluated The project has formulated corresponding risk response measures and suggestions.Through this study,we can see that there are 17 risk factors in the denitration transformation project of M refining and chemical company,including policy risk,system risk,management risk,operation risk and market risk.These risks make the overall risk level of the project "average".Specifically,the risk levels of policy,system,management,operation and market belong to "general","general","large","large" and "small"respectively.Aiming at the problem of risk management,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:risk retention,risk avoidance,risk transfer and risk mitigation.On the one hand,this paper enriches the research results of risk management of denitrification transformation project,on the other hand,it provides the decision-making basis for the development of denitrification transformation project of M refining and chemical company.At the same time,it provides a theoretical reference for risk management of similar projects.
