With the economic development of Shenyang,the number of enterprises stationed is increasing gradually of Tiexi District.So the sewage discharge has increased year by year,and the current has reached 300,000 m3/d.At this time the existing chemical plant sewage treatment plant and the Shenyang West sewage treatment plant are in full capacity to run the state,and they can not accept new sewage any more both in water quality or water.This means that there will be a lot of sewage will not be dealt with,not only endangering people's healthy living,but also affecting the economic development of Shenyang.Therefore,the construction of Shenyang West Sewage Treatment Plant expansion project will have an important impact on the development of social and economic of Shenyang,and has a high value.This article is fully aware of Shenyang West Sewage Treatment Plant expansion project.In order to ensure the normal implementation of the project,the risk management research is carried out to reduce the probability of project risk and reduce the loss and harm caused by the risk of the project.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of risk management at home and abroad by reviewing the literature,and puts forward the research ideas and methods.Secondly,the process and method of risk management are introduced in detail,and the potential risks in the project are identified by scientific and reasonable method.Thirdly,in the risk assessment,this paper adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the risk in the project,and establishes a two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Based on the expert evaluation method,the risk assessment is carried out,and then a fuzzy matrix is established,and the probability of each risk is calculated by calculating.The results show that the risk level of Shenyang West Sewage Treatment Plant expansion project is normal,that is the scientific and reasonable project risk management will not obstruct the construction and operation of the sewage treatment plant during the construction period and during the operation period.At the end of this paper,the thesis puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures against the five risks of policy risk,market risk,force majeure risk,construction risk and operational risk.So it can against the potential risks from different angles,and achieve a scientific,reasonable and comprehensive risk management,and ensure the successful progress of the project.
