Mining industry is an important foundation of economy and energy in our country,providing more than 92%energy supply for production.The progress of social production development is also inseparable from the development and utilization of mineral resources.With the continuous development of mining industry,the development scale of state-owned mines is increasing,and private mining enterprises are also increasing with the development of economy.However,the standardization and scientificity of management are relatively lagging behind,which makes the geological disasters of various geotechnical engineering occur frequently in various regions due to the non standardization and lack of scientific operation in the mining process of the mine,which has sounded the alarm for the development of the society.With the further development of the exploitation of coal,gas,oil,metal and other resources in China,all kinds of ores,natural gas and groundwater produced in the exploitation process are continuously transported to the ground.The huge underground space left after mining is the main factor causing the initial balance instability of the crust.In the process of state recovery,there will be geological disasters such as well flooding and subsidence caused by the expansion of water fracture zone in the mining area,and the mining area will face greater engineering geological disasters due to the geological instability of the mining field and roadway.Therefore,the development of filling technology is of great significance to the sustainable development of mineral resources utilization in China.At present,the more mature filling technology mostly uses cement as the main cement,which leads to high filling cost and energy consumption.In order to reduce the consumption of high energy consumption materials such as cement in filling,to save resources,and to fully recycle industrial waste.Based on the research background of Changxing coal mine,through the analysis of relevant test data and literature data,this paper determines the relevant performance indexes of filling materials:bleeding rate:?3.0%;fluidity:?260mm;filling body strength:compressive strength(8h)?0.14MPa in the early stage,and compressive strength(28d)?5MPa in the later stage.Based on the research of excitation principle,the admixture of gelling agent and the range of test configuration are determined.Through the study and analysis of the interaction mechanism between the gelling agent and admixture,the size of the influencing factors is determined,and the best admixture and its ratio are finally selected.Then the whole tailing sand is used as the aggregate,and a new type of cementitious material is added to prepare the filling material to study its working performance.The influence of the ratio of cementitious sand and mass concentration on the bleeding rate,fluidity and compressive strength of the filling material is studied through experiments,and the ratio of paste filling slurry is finally determined.It has certain guiding significance for the filling application of red mud iron tailings.
