Research On Cost Management Of Power Supply Engineering Construction Project Of Shougang Silo Creative Plaza

In the project management,cost,schedule and quality are the three aspects,while the cost management of the project provides the foundation and guarantee for the progress and quality management of the project.In China,the cost management of the project is always the weak point of the project management,the overall management level of the project cost is not high,some projects still cannot accurately estimate the cost of completing the project after the construction,or the budget cost is insufficient,resulting in the project cannot be completed on schedule;Or causing too much of the budget,resulting in a Jin lang fee.Even some projects do not predict and analyze project cash flow and financial performance,so decision making mistakes are inevitable.How to avoid this kind of decision-making error is worth us to cause reflection and high attention,therefore,strengthening project cost management will be an important issue faced by the construction enterprises.Based on the project cost management theory,taking the power supply project of the west ten silo of Shougang corporation as the research object,this paper first analyzes the existing domestic and foreign research literature by using the method of literature research;Then use case analysis to introduce the general situation of power supply engineering project of the west ten silo of Shougang;Thirdly,using the project management theory to estimate and budget the power supply engineering project of the west ten silo of Shougang;On this basis,the design and safeguard measures of the cost control scheme for power supply project of the power supply project of the west ten silo of Shougang are completed.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that the two major goal cost control and schedule control of the project management are the key factors of mutual influence and restriction,and the single control of cost control will cause the delay or advance of the project,and the cost of the cost again,while considering the progress alone will ignore the direct consumption of the cost,will bring cost control out of control.The calculation of the cost of power supply project in the west ten silo of Shougang corporation is mainly due to the influence of material control,engineering change and inadequate planning and implementation.The guarantee measures of the cost control of power supply project of the power supply project of the west ten silo of Shougang corporation mainly include the organization,system,resources and technology.Effective control of the cost of power supply engineering project to ensure the timely realization of the target,this is an essential part of the whole project management process.Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and explains the current project cost control methods and theories systematically.Taking the power supply engineering construction project of Shougang silo creative square as an example,this paper puts forward some views on the measures to strengthen the cost management of power supply engineering construction project of Shougang silo creative plaza,and provides a feasible method for the cost management of power supply engineering construction project of Shougang silo creative plaza.In addition,the research results of the paper also provide reference for other similar project cost management.
