With the progress and development of society,the depth and level of project management have been improved in recent years.As the core and key content of project management,the results of schedule management can directly reflect the effectiveness of project management.Project schedule management must first determine the target according to the characteristics of the project,and then combined with the resource allocation for a reasonable schedule,and promote the process of the project should pay attention to tracking and inspection,to take specific measures to ensure the timely correction,it can successfully achieve the target.For most projects,the project schedule control can bring considerable economic benefits and social benefits,but at the same time,project schedule management involves many factors,it is difficult,so we must take scientific and effective methods to carry out project schedule management.Baosteel NO.2 sintering overhaul project has the characteristics of large scale,long construction period,complex construction,according to the urgent requirement of the company and the Ironworks,this paper analyzes and expounds the basic theory of project management,combines theory with practice,and researches and explores the related problems of schedule management involved in this project.(1)The NO.2 sintering overhaul project of Baosteel is decomposed,the main activities of the project are identified,and the working relationship of each activity is analyzed.A activity-on-arrow network diagram is drawn.The critical path of the project is defined by calculating the time parameters of all activities.(2)Combined with the requirements of the company and the ironworks,after analyzing and discussing,three key works are selected to compress the period of the project,and the network diagram is re compiled to ensure that the adjustment period meets the requirements.(3)The factors affecting the project schedule are analyzed,then the main basis and content of the schedule control are defined.This paper focuses on the collection and analysis of process data,and finds out the abnormal situation in time.(4)Combined with the actual situation of the project,on the basis of overall consideration of resources and process constraints,this paper focuses on the planning management,construction deployment,resource guarantee,technical guarantee and other guarantee measures are specified,to ensure the smooth implementation of the project schedule objectives.In this paper,the theory and method of project management applied in Baosteel NO.2 sintering overhaul project,to promote the smooth implementation of the project,which can achieve a predetermined time goal to provide guidance and advice,but also has a certain reference value for similar project management this article.
