At present,China and the world are at excess steel production capacity,production and supply,price of steel fell all the way,the state of environmental pollution,especially in large iron and steel enterprises severely,iron and steel enterprise's operating pressure,moving steel company will dig their own potential,the authors advocate efficiency,reduce production cost,as the key to develop the circular economy and low carbon economy,the backward technology projects,strive to build a resource saving,low carbon enterprise.Move 2 blast furnace of steel company,use by shougang design of dry dust gas purification system,has received the good effect.In this paper,the optimization of PROJECT progress plan and schedule plan as a key research content,through the method of theory with practice,adopts the most advanced WBS CHART PRO and MS PROJECT for two tools software PROJECT,the adjustment of network plan was optimized by using the common logic relations,adjust the resource input method and standard method for the study of network planning optimization.In the end,the project plan period from the first 348 days,after optimization shortened 74 days,274 days,in the company's progress goals.Moved to the success of schedule management research,to promote the steel authors efficiency,improve the blast furnace gas dust recycling the progress of production technology,contribution to the force.For the domestic kind for schedule management has played a very good reference significance.This study will also provide a reference for future similar domestic project progress management.
