SH energy company is a state-owned enterprise with coal as its main business.It started the construction of the first mine from the end of 1960s,and experienced the transformation from a small coal mine to a large group company.With the continuous development,the company always adheres to efficient production,actively integrates with the world,introduces advanced production technology and equipment,constantly improves the technology level,explores new development mode,and makes remarkable achievements in the early stage of coal mine project and mine construction.Although sh energy company has a relatively perfect strategic system,with the aggravation of external environment changes and internal problems in management,human resources and other aspects,the company’s strategy and business environment are not suitable.In this context,how SH energy company adjusts and improves its development strategy according to its own situation is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes SH energy company as the research object,using interview,questionnaire and other analysis methods,pest,five force model and other tools to systematically analyze the operating environment of SH energy company.Through the analysis,the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of SH energy company are summarized.Its advantages are mainly reflected in brand building,total cost management and technical innovation;its disadvantages are reflected in the lack of management innovation,relatively backward human resource management and marketing management,and insufficient coal resource guarantee;the opportunities the company faces are reflected in the technical support related to coal mining and utilization,and higher barriers for potential entrants;and the threats it faces are reflected in the following aspects: The state’s supervision of the industry has gradually increased,the demand for coal consumption has decreased,the industry competition has become increasingly fierce,and the threat of alternative products has increased.The company’s development strategy is determined by qualitative and quantitative analysis.At present,SH energy company should implement diversified development strategy,continue to develop high-efficiency and low-carbon coal products,develop coal chemical industry,utilize lean production mode,strengthen efficient utilization of coal,increase investment in diversified industries such as machinery manufacturing industry and modern service industry while enhancing competitiveness in coal field.Enhance the company’s management innovation ability,strengthen human resource management,enhance the company’s marketing management ability and human resource management ability,and continuously strengthen technical innovation.Through the comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of SH energy company,this paper helps the company identify its own advantages and existing problems,so as to develop its strengths and avoid weaknesses,formulate and implement the development strategy of SH energy company,so that the company can achieve sustainable development.Therefore,this paper has practical significance for the future development of SH energy company,and enriches the content system of energy enterprise strategy research.
