Under the combined effect of sustained low international oil prices,increasing domestic exploration costs,and gradually standardized management of oilfield enterprises,the previous extensive oil and gas exploration models common in oilfield companies in the past no longer exist.Instead,the lean development strategy for oil and gas exploration is steadily advancing.With the support of continuous innovation and practical application of new geophysical concepts and technologies,oilfield companies have the ability to further expand their business scope.“Going out” and opening up the “second battlefield” have become a new strategic direction chosen by many oilfield companies.As a specific foothold of the strategy,the scientific and effective management of the exploration project becomes the key to ensure the smooth implementation of the exploration project and realize the new strategy of the enterprise.S company is specialized in the technical services of mid-deep sea offshore oil and gas exploration.The company has a long history and has won provincial and ministerial awards.However,due to the influence of some subjective and objective reasons in history,the development of the logging professional of S Company has experienced ups and downs.The newly formed logging team has a short team building time,few production practice experiences,many project management problems,and the management system is not yet formed.This thesis takes the S company’s logging team as the main body of research.By reviewing the case of company’s logging team’s onshore well logging project schedule management,it summarizes the current project schedule management problems.On the basis of the application of project management knowledge,comprehensive literature research,investigation and interview,case study and other research methods,the causes of the problems are analyzed from different perspectives.Finally,combined with the characteristics of the logging project and the actual situation of the company,the thesis puts forward four specific suggestions for logging team,including scientific planning of project schedule,comprehensive optimization of team management,reform and improvement of incentive policies,improvement and strengthening of risk management and control.The results of this study can not only effectively solve the outstanding problems exposed in the current S company logging team project schedule management,but also explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism to prevent the recurrence of problems.It also has reference significance for similar projects carried out by other similar companies.
